  Bel Air in Folsom is a fantastic grocery store! The store was clean, with spacious aisles that make shopping a breeze. The produce is fresh, and the pastries very tempting and delicious. What really stands out is the staff—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. The young employees are especially chatty in the best way, making the whole experience feel welcoming and upbeat. It’s a great place to shop all around!

  Rude employees, out of stock on weekly deals (if you want to sell corn for pennies then you better have pallets of it!), and always get charged incorrectly at the register. A $1 can of corn somehow ends up costing $5 at this store.

  I’m just visiting the area and this was my first time shopping at this Bel Air on E Bidwell in Folsom. It’s located in a big shopping plaza with plenty of parking. The store was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. I liked that they had self-checkout stations and even a small coffee shop inside. It was a great first impression and I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

  I love belair but having a cashier request I bag my own food the entire transaction is a real put off. Does bagging my own food get me a discount? If I wanted to bag my own food I would shop at the discount grocery stores.
  If the store is understaffed and that’s why you want to push customers bagging their own food perhaps you should hire baggers?
  This is purely a review on customer service not the food or prices.

  This Bel Air location is absolutely spotless and surprisingly spacious! I absolutely love how they decorate the store for every holiday, it adds such a festive touch. The employees here are incredibly friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand. Oh, and let me tell you about their rotisserie chickens - they're usually available every single day! Sometimes, I like to switch things up and grab some fresh fish from their market, especially during the holidays. And have you tried their dinner in a box? It's absolutely fabulous! Plus, getting in and out of the parking lot is a breeze, which is such a relief. This store truly is a gem in our local community!
