I just moved to Folsom recently and needed to find a new hair salon- specifically one that uses Redken hair products. I reached out to Brooklyn for information and she got back to me promptly & answered all of my questions. My first visit with her was great- she listened to me when I was telling of what I was looking for in terms of cut/color. I felt very comfortable with her and her professional approach. I went into Reflections Salon & met with Jessica to do a haircut and style. She nailed it and gave me exactly the A-Line I was looking for. My hair was very long (all the way to my butt) and I was super nervous to chop it all off at first, but Jessica made me feel confident about such a drastic change & I am sooo happy we did this haircut! I would definitely recommend Jessica for all of your hair needs - when she washes your hair IT IS LITERALLY THE BEST HEAD MASSAGE YOU WILL EVER RECEIVE! She's super professional but also very fun to hang out with while getting your hair done. 5 Star Service for sure!Services: Haircut

A few weeks ago I went into Reflections to get some of my Grays covered up. I met with Jessica & she suggested a Root Touch Up & Keratin Treatment to straightener my hair out since I have unruly curly frizzy hair. I also had Jess do a haircut and add some layers around my face because my ends were TOAST. She killed it and I am sooo happy with the results! My hair finally feels like it has some life back in it and I am happy to wear my hair down vs throw it into a bun everyday. I couldn't recommend Jessica at Reflections enough! I came into Reflections because I was referred by some friends to meet with Jessica & get my hair done by her. A little back story, I have been dying my own hair with box dye for the past 20 years (I know, I know...dont @ me) and would switch between a Dark brown & black colored dye. I wanted to go very light this time & decided it was best to see a professional for this. Jessica met with me for a consultation & let me know what to expect. My ideal color would take a few sessions to acheive and I decided that it would be worth the journey. She did a fabulous job on my hair! She got it way lighter than I anticipated with gorgeous caramel tones and have our second appointment booked to keep going. Jessica has been so informative, patient & sweet with me through this whole process this far and I am excited to see her achieve my end results! I also want to mention that I went shopping for pricing on this & Jessica's price was the most fair that I had found in Folsom & El Dorado Hills.Services: Hair highlighting

I’m usually not a very picky person but this time it went off my limits. I saw Jessica for a full highlight. I mentioned to her that I want to go as light as possible. She said that she would give me a full highlight with light caramel tones. I asked her since the color os going to get light I prefer a very small section that is on my cheeks to be darker. What I have is a very dark shade of brown. I text her and ask since this is a full highlight and i have paid you 320 $ please give me another appointment and add a few shades in the front and she says that she will charge me for it again!!! My hair is bot even close to the picture I showed her and my friends also think that my hair color has not even changed since its so dark!! She resisted to give an answer and chose to ignore my dissatisfaction. Worst customer experience ever. Never going back!!

After having a newborn and needing to find a new salon and stylist closer to home I'm glad I read the reviews and met with Brooklyn. Brooklyn is very friendly and bubbly... and did an amazing job on my hair needing some extra TLC. I believe she did a balayage and love it. Prices are fair. Definitely recommend!

I've have natural black hair all my life and have never dyed my hair... until now! I've been contemplating dying my hair for quite some time, but didn't know when I was going to do it and what color it should be. I did know that it was going to be some type of blonde though! Anyway, my niece's 18th birthday was coming up in just a couple days, and she asked me to emcee the event for her. And mind you, her 18th birthday was her "Debut" (basically the Filipino version of a Quinceanera), so it was a big, full-on formal event, like a wedding. So I thought to myself, why don't I also Debut my new hair?! Her event was out of town, so I had to really scramble the last minute to call and find a hairstylist that was available, willing and brave enough to lighten up my hair in just a matter of a few hours. I can't even remember how many hairstylists I've called! Then, just a day before the event, I get a text from Jessica. She said she was available and can do it, and for a reasonable price. Thank goodness! And when it came time to meeting her, she was such a sweet, vibrant and fun person! She told me from the very beginning that she was doing this on a whim but that she loves a challenge. I was very flexible and open with what she wanted to do, and really admired her bravery and positive attitude, so I trusted her and let her do her thing! I was actually expecting to have multiple sessions and to spend about four hours for the whole process, but it only took two sessions in two hours! I was comfortable the whole time and Jessica was enjoyable to talk to. She was also very up front for any additional costs and explained to me what she was doing and why she was doing it. Overall, she gave me the blonde color that I wanted and I was so happy! I am still in awe to this day (about a week later) and loving my new hair. I've even told my husband that I feel like a celebrity! Thank you, Jessica, for making me look fab, in record time! I've received so many awesome compliments from family and friends and they love my new look! Even my husband didn't recognize be from the back when he was picking me up at the salon! I'd come back to her again and highly recommend her!

Jessica T. was absolutely phenomenal, no joke saved me. I was having the worst day and feeling down about my hair for so long. Not only did she work wonders on refreshing my hair she had the best customer service and was beyond caring even on a personal level. I stress a lot and deal with hair loss because of it so she got me back on the right track with my haircut, hair products and even talking through some of my main stressors. I've been to a lot of salons but nothing quite like this. It was a whole experience that I highly highly recommend and will be bringing my friends too. Nothing like gaining instant trust and connection to someone who's doing your hair! Thank yo xoxo

Jessica cut my hair today and I'm obsessed! as soon as I got in her chair she made me feel welcome and I walked out confident with a great cut. during the appointment she gave me good tips about my hair. I was a new client and it was really easy to book online through their site.
