I recently had the pleasure of working with Regional Builders, and I can't express enough how much I appreciated the care they took with my home. The team's attention to detail and accuracy was truly remarkable, and the craftsmanship surpassed anything I've ever seen.
What impressed me even more was how they guided me through the entire insurance claim process. They broke everything down into simple, understandable steps, making what could have been a daunting experience incredibly straightforward.
I highly recommend Regional Builders for anyone considering their next project. You won't be disappointed with their exceptional service and expertise.

If you can avoid them and their services save yourself the trouble and find someone, anyone else. They were contracted out for us and we did not have a choice to use them but they truly did a poor job that resulted in my family losing many valuable and sentimental things. They cared very little about that, passed off blame and communication was terrible with everyone we spoke with. I DO NOT recommend.

Do not do insurance work with these guys! It's been over 11 months since my Mom had her flooring put in, there's a huge bow in the floor where they did a terrible job and they ghost her and don't return phone calls. At this point we're getting ready to file suit with the BBB and small claims to get a refund! Their lack of responsiveness has set back my Mom's ability to retire and sell the house for almost a year.

My Mom had some water damage at the end of August 2019. These guys came in September to do repairs, including replacing solid hickory wood floors. They hired another contractor to come put some cheap composite in and they did a terrible job - the flooring has a big bow in the hallway where it wasn't even installed properly and it sinks and warps every time you step there. They also never installed the room transitions. My Mom finally got someone from RBI to come look at it in February and they admitted it was a terrible job. Since then they've stopped returning her calls. We're going to try either the BBB or small claims to recover payment so she can get a legitimate contractor in to fix it.

I had them after my dishwasher ruined my wood floors. They painted, replaced floors, did new tile,, rebuilt the are where the river rats ate my dishwasher connections . They were wonderful. Very nice and easy to work with. I'm going to use for the out side of my home. Five Stars for sure

RBI rebuilt our home after a total loss. Matt and Vern had us back into our new and fully customized home, on time and on budget. The entire staff at Regional Builders was excellent to work with.

My house burned and was gutted. RBI was first on the scene. Their knowledge of disaster repair, experience and compassion during those first, tough days led me to use them for our rebuild. Their experience in dealing with insurance claims was instrumental in helping maximize the results. RBI’s build quality is excellent. The rebuilt house is better than it ever was. I went into the experience with a disaster and left with a beautiful new house and friends. Go RBI!!!P.S. I recommended RBI to a co-worker who experienced water damage and his experience was the same… Excellent!

About 5 years ago my elderly mother had flood in her house. Regional builders came in helped us and than took over dealing with the insurance company. She wanted to stay in the house and so during construction they sealed off her half of the house. They always made sure she was ok. They also made sure she got everything she had coming. All of there was workmanship was the of the highest of quality. I recently used them for another project. Same result. They took care of everything. Excellent quality!!!!

Run, do not walk away from this company....reduced me to tears with their 'good cop/bad cop' scenario. I just went through a horrific water damage event and my insurance company recommended them, I was looking for someone I could trust...NOT!
