For first time, I took lots of nice dresses and items to them and asked few times, “I do not want to donate any of them, please return to me if it’s not sold”. They conveniently lost one of my dresses, and donated some others as they say. Over all it is not worth it at all to give your beautiful things to them for Consingment. Not very honest.

Offering of clothes and shoes are a lot but the last two times I’ve been in here one employee is just so cranky. I’m not sure why she deals with the public, it’s not a good fit. Maybe she’s good at style but not sure. I literally dread going in here. glad second hand is so popular now, Freestyle and secondhand cheapskate offer similar styles without a cranky employee.

I've been consigning here since the early pandemic days, when we were told we no longer had to work in the office. Working from home meant I no longer needed many of the beautiful clothes, shoes and handbags in my closet, because my new wardrobe became yoga pants and a tee! I have always felt welcomed when entering the store, and am always impressed with their customer service when calling in to check my account balance. I appreciate that everything is organized and that the set up provides for easy flow to shop! I also love that I can make an appointment to consign and that payment is made via Venmo!

The store is extremely well organized. Something I really appreciate. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming shopping in thrift stores when everything is just thrown together. Relove Consignment organizes by clothing type (jeans, tops, dresses) then further organizes by size and color! It is so easy to search through for exactly what you are looking for. There is also a good selection of jeweler in the jewelry case and a variety of hand bags. They also offer a frequent customer stamp card and once your card is filled up you get $10 off. Everything was very reasonably priced. They offer dressing rooms to try on your great finds. The staff were super friendly and happy to have a new customer. They do not offer any boys/men’s clothing which was a little bit of a bummer for my 10 year old son who was with me. The staff informed me that they are constantly getting in new items. I look forward to my next trip.

I've been coming to ReLove for years, and I always always find cute, unique, or designer items for a steal! I buy most of my clothes here and sell with them too. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing store in our community.

I have been consigning with Relove, previously Relovit for years! It is a fun place to sell your items, and then I always find new and fun things to buy. A fun place to make new friends as well. I highly recommend Relove.
Ladies keep up the good work.
And thank you Rachel for keeping my favorite consignment shop running in Folsom, California!!!

I am disappointed in this business and the owner. I had been frustrated over, trying time and again to retrieve some clothing that she held for me instead of donating because her employee told me they were accepting shorts, but that very day I went in and she left me a voicemail to tell me they were not accepting no longer accepting shorts. As of the day before they changed their season, although that day her employee told me to bring them in. I found it odd that she wouldn’t just accommodate me since the employee made a mistake and told me, but I just went with it and said fine. I will pick them up. I never was able to retrieve my shorts because they did not keep them for me and to make it worse when I finally decided to come in and give her my business again, there was no history of my transaction or all of the new clothing that I brought to her for consignment according to her employees. When she came out from the back, I explained to her what was happening and she kept asking me the date and I said you must have the date listed by my name,, I did business with you , She said I never met you and I said yes I’ve met you once when I drop my clothes off for consignment, then she said well what’s my name? What’s my name? As If I didn’t know her name so I wasn’t telling her the truth basically calling me a liar. I was super frustrated. This situation is way out of control and should not be this much work just to shop in a store, I don’t usually put out negative reviews, but her treatment of me as a customer was so surprising that I had to do a review and all fairness to other customers. It was such an unacceptable situation. I still had the voicemail. She left me stating her name that she met me the day I dropped off the consignment and that she would hold the clothing she considered out of season (by one day) for me. I sent her the voicemail to her cell phone number which I still had so she could hear herself stating the exact situation I just told her about. in the voicemail, she said I just met you dropping off your consignment. There are a lot of shorts in here which we are no longer taking as of today if you would like me to hold them for you I will just call me which I did and requested her to hold them and went to pick them up a week later, but never during any visit did they find them for me? I never received any apology and now suddenly she did find I have a credit in her store however the day I was there her employees said no there was nothing so they are very inconsistent if you’re going to do business here double check everything, they are not keeping track of consignments that customers bring in, clearly by my experience this is true.

I brought in well cared for items to this consignment store. Something’s they took and other things they said “not what we want” with an attitude. Most of my items sold that they took and I waited and waited and waited to be paid. Well a year later they have made no effort to make me whole.I’ve consigned before, sold online and donated beautiful work ware and never have I ever been treated so poorly. If you looking to consider consigning clothes to this store I wouldn’t because you won’t see your money. Take it from me I haven’t seen it in a year and going!Take your clothes to another consigner.Update: I did go back in and Rachel did pay me out from the old owners lack of service to her customers.

New owner is a very sweet lady! She offered to let me place an item on hold for my daughter who lives out of town despite not really having the room. I support her new venture 100%, lets keep supporting the women owned small businesses everybody. Great prices and quality items

This was my first trip into the store. It was clean and very organized. The ladies working there were very helpful and friendly. I found 5 tops (Ann Taylor and a few brands I hadn't heard of). I spent $53. I will definitely be going again!
