This man/woman needs to be removed from working customer service. Look at how they’re handling a elderly customer after they mis charged them for the chips the elderly lady had to call her bank to transfer money to be able to make the purchase since she had made her do it 3x locking her card! You can tell by the face and
body language on how she was obviously acting and raising her voice.This is the worst service I’ve ever seen in any Sam’s Club avoid him.

First time coming to this location and we definitely have fun shopping here! Icee ice cream and minions are so cute, felt like a bigger store compared to other locations in Sacramento. Highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back here

The Folsom Sam’s club store offers a wide range of products which I like but I may have to start going to Costco. I've consistently experienced discomfort due to what feels like unfair treatment from the staff and the customer service team. There have been instances where I've been singled out for inquiries about my membership card, while others are not. This inconsistent treatment leaves me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. I believe that all customers should be treated with respect and fairness regardless of any factors, and I hope that the management takes steps to address these concerns to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone."

This store was very organized and had a nice variety of items for sale. Much more compared to my usual Sam's location so that was very nice. However the staff was not very knowledgeable in basic information. We asked a few staff in their return policy because we bought something we were debating & have never returned anything before. The first employee didn't give a solid answer & the second said she doesn't know anything about the return policy they follow. Very unhelpful.
