As a customer, my experience with Sarang has been nothing short of amazing. They offer a beautiful collection of Indian clothes and accessories, but what truly stands out is their incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The team is polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They patiently guided me through their collection, offering suggestions based on my preferences and needs.
What impressed me the most was their knowledge about fabrics and designs. They explained the craftsmanship behind each piece, making me appreciate my purchase even more. The staff was never pushy, and I never felt rushed, even though I took my time deciding. They were quick to answer questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choices.
The level of professionalism and warmth I experienced at Sarang made shopping there a pleasure. It’s rare to find a place where you not only love the products but also feel genuinely cared for as a customer. I can’t recommend them enough!

I needed a sari for a wedding event and went to Sarang store in Folsom. The store was very clean and well organized with absolutely gorgeous products at very reasonable prices. I needed to get my blouse altered and they had it done in 24hrs at no extra charge! Shikha not only helped me find the appropriate sari but recommended appropriate accessories. I received tons of compliments at the event. Excellent customer service and products. Thank you Shikha you're the best!

Worst service ever. I got a gift from my very best friend but I lost the receipt. This place will not exchange for anything for same value or less. Do not ever shop at this place . Worst customer service ever . If I had option of giving less than one star I would give that to this place. Save your money and time and please don't ever go here

I ordered a silk top in yellow and they sent me one in blue. They said they would send me the yellow one, but they never did. When I contacted the shop they said they would issue a refund but they only refunded the price of the top, not the tax or the shipping! I sent them back their mistake paying for the shipping with my own money and they wouldn't even issue me a full refund even though it was their mistake. Do not order from these people.

Nice place at the Roseville Galleria Mall. Reasonably priced clothes and great selection. The shop owner is a nice lady. I would highly recommend this shop.
