Steven was so lovely to work with! So friendly and so helpful, making this experience a lot easier than other places. You can tell how well they take care of the property but how it’s maintained - would definitely recommend!

Just received the second rate increase in 7 months for July 1st 2024 which amounts to a 25% increase from a payment on October 30th 2023. On an annualized basis that is a 47% increase! Started with this company at the beginning of 2022.

Wow! Amazing is the only word I can think of when it comes to Steve and Roger at Folsom’s Sentry Storage Location. They are so attentive to their clients needs and if any issues arise they waste no time in making things the best to their abilities. I wish Every Storage Location, regardless of company, used their care and personal service as a model when devising their business plan.

Steven is a fabulous manager! He goes out of his way to make sure your storage needs are being met..no stone unturned to find a solution.Highly recommend this place and pretty much due to Steven, and if he is not there, Roger steps up to the plate.Thank you for all you did while I used a storage unit.

Sorry if I missed up on this review. I was happy bus. That I was trying to write a review for what you need to write a review for sentry storage. I really like the manager and the chill vibe that he gots. This storage place is not like all other, like if you are late on your payment you will not get locked out of your storage unit right away but eventually you will.
