Customer service is awful here. Avoid at all costs. Asking for samples to try something and this woman has the audacity to ask me for my beauty insider number. For a sample?? You need to ensure I'm a paying and recurring customer first??? Last time I checked samples are complementary. Then she proceeded to ask me what I needed it for and what I'm looking to get out of it. Again I don't need to justify anything to you. Absolutely disgusting on how you treat customers. If I needed advice on skincare or beauty tips I would have asked.

Chana, you deserve a shout out for making this Sephora sparkle a bit to me during our quick unexpected pop-in while visiting the area. So much so, I am dropping a quick Yelp about it. It is often the customer service that absolutely sets the tone in a retail space. Very familiar with Sephora over many years and also being a self proclaimed "skincare junkie" of my entire life, I actually know a boat load about skincare and very little about make-up (because if you take great care of your skin, you will require little to no makeup!). But I am with my husband and we are seeking a specific coverup for him to cover a blemish for he has to speak at a funeral in front of hundreds the following day. This store is slimmer and longer than I am use to with a Sephora, but this little spot packs a punch. Makeup generally up front, skincare in back, very clean, very organized, despite the chaotic weekend business of shoppers and holiday displays. Queue Chana to the stage. I am the first person to decline assistance from Sephora staff who I kind of always think are never going to know as much as I do about skincare and are too green to really understand the science behind skincare, but I actually want help this time because I need to color match my husbands skin. Clearly proficient in make-up and not pushy in the slightest for I am not willingly bowing to the idea that a Sephora staff member will get this right, but Chana made me let down my guard. Color match with the MAC product we needed and a suggestion of a product from Caudalie that I was not familiar with (because as a skincare junkie I am certain I know it all), Chana was the unexpected WOW to me in our quick visit. Thank you Chana. Loved you and have positive vibes about your store. Keep up the good works!

My daughter and I were there and had a great girls' shopping experience. The gals there are friendly and helpful.The young lady who checked my things was very friendly, gave extra opinions on our items, and was also funny!Seems like she likes her job. Or just like people.Makes shopping more fun and makes you want to come back.

I gifted my newly teenage daughter a beauty lesson at Sephora for her birthday and she had a wonderful experience! She was glowing and I could tell she felt beautiful and confident after the appointment. Dominique took great care of us. We will definitely be back!

The customer service at this location sucks so bad. I live closer to Folsom but will drive to the Elk Grove Sephora or shop the smaller inventory at the Sephora inside kohls to avoid the employees at the Folsom Palladio location. Idk who these employees think they are but you look ridiculous ringing up products with a bad attitude & shitty look on your face. If your job makes you so miserable, get another one. I've tried this store three times to try and give it a good chance but I just felt awful every time I left

If I could do negative numbers I would. Made appointment to get make up tips for 30 minutes. Showed for appointment and was promptly told it was not enough time. I only wanted make up tips not total skin care routine. After 10 minutes of back and forth.I agreed and left. Icing in the cake was her telling me that k was not listening to her - when actually I had to repeat myself 4 times because she was not hearing that I did not want total skin care. Went to Folsom from Elk Grove. I should have asked for them to reimburse me for gas.

Had an extremely disappointing experience at this location today. One of the workers with red/ginger hair shoved my friend out of the way as we were shopping. That alone was off putting and upsetting but then this employee hits me with a drawer as i’m looking at perfume without saying “excuse me” or “i’m sorry” and basically acting as if I don’t exist. Even when we first walked in she was completely unfriendly and unwelcoming, yet for some reason I noticed with white/caucasian customers she was very attentive and friendly. I regret not saying anything when it happened I think I was just in shock when it occurred as I have never experienced treatment like this at a Sephora.

I just love being followed by multiple employees and profiled because of the way I look lol. Just another reminder why I only shop online which sucks because nothing beats the in store experience. What really made my day was the main lady who followed me and her face when she wrung me up and saw that I was a level Rouge. I've spent thousands of dollars at this company every year for years. Stop profiling people who dont look like a Malibu barbie that is a millionaire . DO BETTER SEPHORA.

Stopped by real quick with my cousin from Mexico. It was the coolest thing that Jenny was working who could help with translation and helped my cousin get the mascara she was looking for. Of course, I found a couple of items that I can't wait to try. New liquid eyeliner and a new gel eyebrow pencil. All the staff were super friendly, and we had a very positive experience at this Sephora location ?

Had a p/u order & wanted to use curbside as I am sick, but the curbside p/u spot is always taken by someone who is just browsing in the store. There were 4 employees just standing around with a long line and only 1 cashier, do better.
