Three times in a row no receipt paper. I notified the attendant each time but no change. I hate having my time wasted. Also the contact less pay option is deactivated at the pumps. I am taking a break from this gas station.

This particular gasoline station was previously a 76 gasoline station, but it is now a Shell gas station. I don't recommend buying gasoline here because their credit card readers are poor at best. While their station accepts debit cards, they do not accept credit cards at the pump. I would have given this gas station a two-star rating had it not been for the experience I'm about to explain. A few months before the pandemic began in March 2020, I bought gasoline at this station. I went into the adjacent mini-mart. I made the mistake of asking the clerk for change (10 one-dollar bills) for a ten-dollar bill. The clerk told me he only opens the cash register when a transaction is made. I told him this made sense, given the number of crimes that happen at gasoline mini-marts. I also understand this is not a bank, so I shouldn't expect change to be given. I ended up buying some candy with my ten-dollar bill, receiving 7 or 8 dollars in return. The clerk's justification was completely understandable to me, and I accepted his reasoning. With that being said, the clerk had a bit of rudeness about him despite being blunt and clear to the point. Although I agree with the clerk's rationale as to why he can only open the cash registers for transactions, I have boycotted shopping at this gas station because (1) their credit card readers are unreliable and (2) there is an underlying rudeness in the employee I crossed paths with. I will not do business with a company once I am turned off, and I was turned off by this isolated occurrence with this particular clerk. I neither expect nor want special treatment from anyone; however, I would like to be treated with common decency. I will not be buying gasoline here ever again.

Needed a pickup today for a few hours so rented one from this unit on Natoma. Met up at 9 am for the truck and brought it back about 1 pm. Both times I spoke to these men I was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. All was explained and all went well as hoped. Very satisfied and will give these guys a referral anytime. Thanks for a positive experience.

This Gas station is a scam, DO NOT GO HERE. I tried to fill up my car here yesterday and no gas came out even though it charged me. I went in to tell them and they argued with me, they told me I was lying and said to drive my car and it will register it. I drove my car and guess what, I RAN OUT OF GAS. Luckily I was next to another gas station when It happened so I filled up there and drove away without a problem. This gas station has been reported to the correct authorities, I hope they go out of business for the trouble they have caused me and probably countless other people.

The owner (Michael) is kind of a crotchety guy mixed w/a very humorous lighthearted dude, so you don't know which you're going to get until you draw him out a little, but overall I liked the guy... a lot! His employees Travis, & Ashley I believe, w/emphasis on the crotchety part. I rented a U-Haul van -- one of those $19.95/day jobs that turns into $77/day if you have a 50-mile estimate you'll be driving. I was truly shocked at how fast the cost kept increasing, but Michael was in a good mood & we were able to get thru it w/humor. Finally the van was ready to go home w/me! A/C worked awesome, radio too. I got home & soon realized I'd been stood up by the labor I'd hired. I just moved into a teeny-tiny 2 BR apt w/NO: 1) Central A/C 2) Central Heat 3) Microwave Oven 4) DISHWASHER a n d 5) The Lease prohibits you from hooking up an icemake to THEIR fridge... which DOES have one Purchasing (on your own) a sm countertop dishwasher, or Replacing light fixtures w/ceiling fans w/o landlord's approval AND a copy of the licensed electrical contractor who installed it. There is a sm wall unit A/C in the kitchen/living room area that's supposed to cool off 2 BRs on the opposite side of the house! Doesn't happen; thermometer in my room reached 107 degrees before I went to Costco & purchased one of their $400-portable units.... w/o permission. I just could not take another "no" But I digress, people, sorry. So stood up by help first night, stood up by different help second night, mother admitted to Mercy w/acute pancreatitis (I didn't know what it was either, but it's VERY painful right up until it's cured, which was like 5 days. So the Day she was admitted I was forgot to & advise I needed it another day, but that's understandable, right? Well, it was crotchety Michael who called in the morning, but it was friendly, humorous, concerned Michael who hung up the phone. (Whew!) Next day stood up BY FRIENDS! So as previously, I to advise I want van another night; 2 days in a row I got the answering machine & left complete, detailed messages, but received s from Travis $ Ashley in Agro mode acting like they had no clue what was going on. Rather than repeat everything in the message, I suggested they LISTEN TO IT FIRST, then call me w/any questions; none. Second time I & got machine it was agro Travis who responded in the morning, and I told him they same thing. I was really thrown off by their attitudes bc they ARE in the business of renting equipment, right? And Michael told me that first night they were no requests or reservations for the van. So why are they so pissed off that a responsible customer is renting their equipment & checking in nightly? I don't get that at all. Finally I realized I just had to suck it up & move everything I could into storage allllllll by myself. It was so hard & took me so long BUT I made it back to gas up & return the van like 5 before 7:00 (because AFTER 7 they charge you for a whole day, don'cha know?) Sour-faced Travis only had one-word answers for me, but I didn't care, I had FINALLY gotten most everything I didn't need out of my apt!!! It was HARRRRD, but I did it! And I'd just like to say, if you're going to work in a service industry, then pull on your grown-up pants & stop acting like the entitled little nothings you are. If a U-Haul rep walks into that store & hears how rude & careless you are w/THEIR customers -- the people paying YOUR wages, you are going to find yourself jobless so fast it'll make your head spin. You may be too young & inexperienced (or just don't care or need a job) but YOU are the face of the company you are working for, and I can guarantee that no one who saw you in action like I did would want you representing THEIR company! You'd better change you
