I love this shoe so much. I love Skechers I think they are groundbreaking and comfortable as I get older they're more and more important to me. Today I called the Folsom store to find a very specific shoe that's probably been outdated and Taylor answer the phone and was very sweet took his time and answered all my questions. Shout out to Taylor for being such a great customer service representative for Skechers! Give him a raise and a promotion and by All means make sure you keep him as an employee he's the stuff that Skechers is made of!
AND PLEASE BRING BACK THIS STYLE SHOE IMMEDIATELY! THEY ARE BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST SHOES SKECHERS EVER MADE AND NOW THEY ARE DISCONTINUED. THAT MAKES ME VERY SAD ðŸ˜

I had a fantastic experience at the Skechers store in the Folsom Premium Outlets thanks to Terisha. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, offered great suggestions, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without ever making me feel rushed.

I brought my elderly uncle here for some shoes that would be comfortable around his bunion. The staff members were amazing! They all contributed to a super effective trip, anticipating his needs, listening to our conversations and making suggestions, and gladly finding the sizes and styles he wanted. We were in and out very quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Genuinely appreciated!!

Kea is an outstanding sales person. She was extremely helpful to me today. I was having a difficult time finding the shoes that I was looking for and was getting ready to leave the store at Folsom Premium Outlets when Kea offered to help me. She not only help me to find what I was looking for, she sold me two pair of shoes, and I went home happy. Excellent representative of the brand.

I have worn Skecher's for decades and they are always very comfortable. I recently bought two pairs, one was great, the other rubbed on my ankle bone. The people at Skecher's were wonderful and I was able to exchange them for another pair. Thank you so much.
