Sam at this Sketchers location deserves many kudos. He went over and above to find a shoe that solves several of my feet issues for active walking exercise. My podiatrist recommended a rocker shoe that would prevent me big toe metatarsal from bending. Because of a few other issues, buying a shoe online was not an option for me. Initially, I asked the Sketchers store clerk if they had rockers. They do not carry pure “rockers” anymore, so he consulted Sam about other options. Sam had an incredible knowledge about their products and knew of a shoe that they don’t currently stock. Because of his in-depth product knowledge, he found a shoe with a comparable fit, then arranged for the perfect shoe to be shipped to my house. These shoes are amazing. Sam is also very pleasant and resourceful at finding solutions. I can’t thank Sam enough for his extra effort.

Love sketchers the only place that I buy my shoes, I'm handicap and the slip on and off with the memory foam works great for me..

I just wish the aisles were a bit wider. Always love the selections tho and the music they play in there is a good vibe!

My Skechers shoes were not comfortable and the sole/edges were wearing off. Hence, when I came to exchange for the same model shoes (after going through the Skechers website about their return policy if unsatisfied with product quality), the Staff in the store refused to do so and rather she insisted that we were trying to cheat/overhaul the system by trying to claim for new pair of shoes despite we showing the Skechers policy online (we technically were qualified as we were very much within the stipulated timeframe mentioned in the official website). We had a very bad customer service and definitely not coming back to this store/brand.

Pricey & lack of product.My aunt & I went in to check out the Sketchers advertised on TV & media. The sales person informed us they didn't have any slip on Sketchers advertised no hands needed to slip on Sketchers.Sales person told us that Roseville Gallaria Mall has them.Well it's a shame that all sketcher stores did not carry same product.Mind you, we drove approximately 1.5 hours to the Folsom outlet sketcher store.What a disappointment & inconvenience.Wouldn't recommend the Folsom outlet Sketchers store.Not worth a revisit.

The two young ladies working at the Folsom Outlet were very pleasant with excellent knowledge of the shoe inventory-assisting us in finding the right shoes. I purchased a pair of Arch Fit (air-cooled). The shoe and insole was comfortable enough not to have to use a $75 orthotic that I use in other shoes. And, they are washable, and vented well allowing for cooler comfort, especially in California Central Valley summer temperatures.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Store was clean and organized. My wife tried on several summer shoes, but couldn't find anything she loved. She did like one, but the available color wasn't available for another 2 months. I asked about availability of a type of sketchers I wanted, but staff member informed me company frequently makes a version that consumers like and then discontinues them, and that's what happened in the version I wanted.Experience was good, but wish availability was broader.
