We were completely new to Sleep Number, but Elodia immediately made us feel comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, helping us truly understand how these beds can make a real difference in sleep quality. She was so patient, allowing us all the time we needed to experience the different products. We especially appreciated that she gave us the space and privacy to discuss our decision without pressure. Thanks to Elodia, our first experience was wonderful!

I can say that the quality of our salesman, Damien, was right in line with the quality of the bed we purchased, which was the highest. He provided insight, knowledge, and genuine care for my wife and me with our needs, especially myself, who had spinal surgery a few years ago. Combine that with my wife being cured of Aplastic Anemia, over the past two years, which is treated much like cancer that requires cancer-like treatment in radiation and chemotherapy, her bone marrow transplant was successful. With my stress levels finally lowered, I sleep more soundly, but don't move much, and this has ironically caused me to wake up sore.
Damien took all of this into account, as well as being fiscally informed about what I was willing to spend and what best suited us for making the best possible purchase. It would be folly to say I could not say more, or give him more credit and praise, but this review would never end. I have worked in technology for over two decades in energy and point of sales; Damien could give a master class on how to sell without coming across as a salesman. He was relatable and represented himself, as well as his company, as a true steward of the Sleep Number product. The type of person I'd love to poach, even though there is no direct correlation to my professional background, Damien is someone who embodies cross-industry excellence. This man is quite an asset.

The sales team at the Folsom Sleep Number store is top notch. In our experience, they were patient and attentive. They worked hard to get us the best deals on the bed, pillows and sheets. They followed up, checking on delivery, and, after delivery, checking on how we were doing. We decided, during our 100 night sleep guarantee, that we wanted to upgrade to the ClimateCool mattress. Sleep Number has some policies that make the sleep guarantee not much of a guarantee, but our sales person, Duane, and his manager, were right there to help us work with corporate to get us the right mattress and our best night’s sleep. Thanks Duane and Team Folsom!

Their products are extremely popular for a good reason. The sales experience was as good as any of them should be. But what I wanted to say about this was that Damian helped me make it so that way my grandma can sleep better at night. The C2 smart bed is amazing it’s just as good as the most expensive ones. Seriously all of their products are good!

We have not received our bed yet, so this review is specific to Damien at the Folsom, CA location. He was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond to ensure we are happy with our purchase and the buying experience. Now, I can hardly wait for my first night in our new bed!

The base for our new bed arrived with a missing piece. Only offer was $50 credit or for them to replace, requiring us to spend another 1/2 day waiting for delivery on a weekend or taking time off from work. Our other Sleep Number bed also had a problem with the base that needed a return. A credit above $50 was not granted. Our experience has been poor product quality from Sleep Number.

We absolutely love our 360 Climate Control bed. The feel of the mattress and the temperature control make it the best bed ever. Definitely worth the investment.
