I never make appointments. Go there as early as they open. I've never experienced long waits, and staff are friendly.

Sooo slow, 1 patient every 15 minutes. Made me appreciate Kaiser. Not sure what the problem is, 45 minutes and still haven't been seen. This is bad,.

Terrible customer service. Can never make an appointment. Takes a month to try and switch a doctor for an EMERGENCY. Some doctors were very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

It seems as though an appointment means nothing at this place, since this is the second time I have made an appointment only to wait 30min after my actual appointment time. I scheduled my appointment last week, if there is an issue with my “orders” shouldn’t that be handled at that time? Of course, no one offers an update on what’s going on until you get up and ask.

I didn't make an appointment. I walked in and didn't wait long. Staff were all very friendly. Definitely will be coming back.

Dr. Grove is the best doctor I have ever had, and I am 73. She is very thorough and compassionate. I have been seeing her for the last 3 years for diabetes, depression and GERD. She treats me with respect, really listens to me and explains everything in layman's terms. Once, she was so concerned about me, that she called me at home. I am so grateful for her. I read the comment with 2 stars from Ness A., and yes, Dr. Grove does not answer those messages, but I just call the office now, and they give her the message personally. I don't understand why that person didn't just call the office? Please don't take her comments to heart. It's interesting that everyone else gives Dr. Grove 5 stars.

I challenge you to find somewhere where your time is less respected than at a Sutter Health facility. What do you get for a premium price? Clowntown. Here is my experience: 1. Called three times prior to my appt to ensure they had the proper equipment. Nobody called me back as promised. 2. Arrived to an empty front desk, filled out my paperwork and waited. Once the front desk staff arrived she did not call on me but checked in the first person to walk in after me never acknowledging my existence. I had to stand up and make my presence known. 3. Once taken back in I sat there for 40 mins, a nurse came in looking for supplies and asked if my 11 yr old daughter wanted some water, she said yes and the nurse disappeared and never returned. 4. 15 mins later a Physicians assistant arrived and the equipment I called about 3 times before was present but not ready. We spent the next 20 mins watching them prepare the equipment so it could be used. 5. The PA performed the procedure but said my daughter needed to receive a dressing for the procedure and we needed to sign a waiver. After 15 mins of waiting alone in the room again I decided that they had ZERO respect for our time, left the room and went up front to pay my copay and have them find the waiver. My daughter never received the dressing for her procedure so we did it ourselves at home. Sutter is the absolute worst and they cost the most! Blech! No wonder they are always getting sued.

Be ready to talk like lawyers with these people. If you dont use the right words they will literally bill you whatever they can. Their staff will not write lab test forms that you can use with external cheaper labs. Instead they will push you to use their own labs by electronically sending forms and forcing you to go there. They will make it seem like its for your convenience. I fell for these tricks and now own a big chunk of out of pocket expenses. Billing department is rude and will not work with you on any kind of payment options.
