Starts with excellent worship, then Pastor Daniel (or guest) is great at delivering God's message. The congregation is small enough to get to know people but large enough to avoid if that is prefered. Near noon they provide a small snack so we can answer thought provoking questions to help us fully recieve what God wants us to hear and help us disciple each other.

The Gathering Place in Folsom is a beautiful place to be on Sunday mornings. The people are very welcoming and friendly. Pastor Bobby always seems to have a great message that's so applicable for daily, meaningful, and spiritual living. His sense of humor and perspective are enjoyable. They also have great play areas and activities for children of all ages. My family feels at peace and closer to God every time we visit. We have been coming to this church for almost 3 months now and plan on making this special weekly service a very important part of our lives. Amen God!

Amazing place with amazing people. This church really oozes the love of God. I have learned so much since I started attending in September; and have made some incredible friends there.

From the moment you step inside the lobby, you are greeted with a friendly smile, cup of coffee, and a delicious pastry. Such a warm and loving environment. You really feel the presence of God’s love. The worship music is contemporary and lyrics are displayed on large screens so you can sing along. Pastor Bobby Key gives a Bible teaching that is enlightening and thoughtful with bits of humor. He teaches directly from the Bible and cites scripture references throughout. I would highly recommend this church for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the Bible and a place that makes you feel part of the family of God.

If you're looking for a place to feel welcomed in just as you are, remembered when you come back, and loved in spite of your shortcomings, this is the place to be! I love this church. I've been attending for over a year and half, and the family feel I have had here is astounding. I have yet to be a part of a church where I've felt so loved; people truly care about my life and desire to see me fall more deeply in love with Jesus. The teaching here by Pastor Bobby is always dead on with scripture and God's heart for the church. They have a great kids program for families with young children. You can feel the heart of Jesus behind this church, that each person might come to know the love of Christ and encounter His purpose for their life. It's also a great place to get plugged in for ministry. From growth groups to helping greet on Sunday mornings. I love this church!
