I have been coming back here, as the response to my previous view encouraged me to do. I haven't had another poor experience since. Staff has been friendly, and helpful.In particular, a recent experience made me remember I need to update my review. I handed in 2 same-sized boxes for shipment (labels already applied), and the person taking the parcels closely examined the labels (which I did not, even though I was the one who applied them!). Somehow, my husband managed to print two copies of the same label, and if not for this staff person's diligence, I'd have had made a huge mistake. So, moral of the story: Don't give up after one bad experience, you may never know the good things you'll be missing!

Great service. Very patient and helpful. I wasn't feeling well and the employee was very kind. He also made suggestions about how to save postage that I really appreciated.

This morning I went into this store to return an amazon package. I had the item in the original undamaged box. When i took the package in the store the Manager or owner said to me the box has to be taped. I told him i was unaware of that since when returning a amazon package to khols you just drop it off. Anyway the guy said he could not take the box unless it was taped. Seeing that i was a good distance from my house, i was going to take it home to tape. This store charges $7.99 for a small roll of tape. The employee told me he could tape it for $2 to $3 dollars. Well he charge me a $3 dollar pack service and a $2 dollar pack service = $5. Really all it needed was a piece of tape. Talk about Terrible, I mean Terrible customer service. I will never go back here. Lost my buisness over a piece of tape. One again Terrible.

We went to the UPS Store for notary service. No Appointment was necessary and we were helped by Jeanne right away. She also assisted us in printing documents from my thumbdrive and made photocopies of everything we were mailing. Great Job!

I come here about once per week, and always receive incredible customer service. It’s a 1-stop-shop for so many things (shipping UPS & USPS, passports, etc.) but the employees make what could be a boring or tedious task into such a pleasurable experience every time. As odd as it sounds, I really enjoy when a stop at this location is on my errands list.

I went into this UPS store on Friday and was blown away with how efficient and friendly the staff was. I love the kiosk's that allow you to process your own return and Bri gave me a great tutorial on how to use it to ensure my items would arrive. Ryhan was extremely friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in, he had such a warm presence and was very helpful with helping me carry all my items into the store. I highly recommend visiting this UPS for your shopping needs!

I came to the store for a live scan that I needed for my job. The gentleman was able to get the scan done. It was a simple and fast process. Nice staff and great services. I’ll be back again.

I needed to print invitation cards for my graduation. I was quoted a price and I requested for them to call me when it’s ready because I needed it the same day. This store did just that, I picked it up same day! I recommend everyone to go here for their printing!

Came in to this store to scan a large format blue prints for building a pool in my backyard. They were able to scan them to my email within a few minutes. The worker was very helpful and did everything quick. Great customer service.

I came to this UPS store a few times to get my live scan complete for my school and work. I needed to print a banner for my sisters graduation, unfortunately last time I needed a large format print it wasn't done properly. I recently found out this UPS store offers large format printing and went through with trying it. One of the best decisions I have made. The service is amazing and my banner looked great! Will be back. I recommend everyone get their large format printing done by them.

Lost my taxes have a tracking number but the package never left the store. Still no resolution or empathy. Had to call all the credit unions freeze my accounts now have to pay for lifelock for negligence.

UNBELIEVABLE! This store wanted to charge me for a small strip of tape for my parcel that would have cost them pennies. I will not be back.

My wife and I order an embarrassing amount of goods online and we use The UPS store often for returns. We live near this store, however there is another UPS store near my office (Broadstone pkwy and East Bidwell). The difference in customer service between the two stores is astounding. After todays experience we won't be using this store ever again. The gentleman behind the counter had no idea that my wife regularly uses his notary services as well. It's not the snotty attitude that was the final straw, nor trying to charge me for a piece of tape. The other UPS store would NEVER do this. The final straw was the response I received when I told him I would bring my business elsewhere if he charged me for tape... he said, "we get 400 of these a day". Basically... good riddance. Wow. What business would allow employees to talk to customers this way. I invite you to take your business to the Broadstone UPS store. They are helpful, have great customer service and would never charge you for a piece of tape.

Says notary doesn't start until 1:30pm but when I looked online last night there were appointments for this morning and there is even an appointment available for 1pm. How does the website allow one to book before the notary is present? Also sells USPS postage at an extreme markup (90 something cents) because it is "digital" which adds no value to the consumer but pads their pockets

I just wanted to send a box, sounds easy right? Wrong!! Brought my own box, tape and bag. The price was right. Guy cut my bag to small now my box was not going to fit. Then tried to upsell me a box. Horrible customer service. Keep driving just use the good 0l' post office.
