Had upper massage advertised on their website as a spa package deal. They have no massage therapist and only one estician. Bought the package deal for two but they could only do one person for the day and couldn't do the massage at all. Their website is ALL FALSE ADVERTISING. Waste of time.

I felt so pampered! It is a very nice environment and was very welcoming. It was one of the most effective facials I have ever gotten. My skin is noticeably improved and glowing. I plan to return many times.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Their one stylists, Andrea, was horrible. She would not do a proper run through of my hair for my wedding. She was rude and not personable. I wanted loose curls and my hair half up. She straightened it. When I called a couple days later, I spoke with the owner (I did not realize it was the owner until later), she was not sympathetic. She could not get me another stylist because they only have one who is part time. The owner also could not tell me what the purpose of the run through was if it was not to practice my hair do. She just said, " I know you want me to tell it's to do your hair like how you want it at the wedding, but I'm not going to say that." I still have no idea what their definition of a run through is. They lost a lot of business because they can't get their hair stylist to style hair. Go somewhere else, it was very easy to find a better stylist that can listen and do a run though.

Came here for the first time today and I gotta say I couldn't have found a better place for my first facial. I am not sure how I lived life without it. I got the essential facial and it is a relaxing experience and made my skin feel brand new. Thank you for making me feel pretty again Tre salon I'll be back for sure!

Booked a couples massage for a special occasion for my friend and I. Showed up so excited for our deep tissue to be told by a woman that I do not have an appointment for today. Turns out the woman who booked my appointment put it on the wrong date. Anyway, all this woman basically said (with literally no empathy) was "sorry". Sorry? So what can you do for us, I ask. Her answer."nothing. You can come at the day you were scheduled." The day I was "scheduled" was a day I have an appointment for something rather important. So that wouldn't work. This was a mess up by the staff. "Please find an option." She didn't budge. Nothing. Here's the kicker... I asked for a manager. She says, I'm the owner. THE OWNER? This woman was the owner and was so quick to turn away a couple hundred dollars and offer ZERO solution. Not even an, I'm sorry that this happened let me discount a service on a day that works for you. Nothing. My assumption is that she saw two woman come in for a couples massage, so she turned us away. We felt immediately judged and we're not even a couple. POOR SERVICE. This woman she be ashamed that she is running a business this way.

I had an appointment for a haircut but was told to come back 15 min later, which i didn't mind. 25 min later, i was welcomed in the back room for a haircut. showed her a picture of what i wanted. she said she could cut it like it. it turned out to be the exact same cut i aready had but just shorter. the whole time there was no conversation between us, it was super awkward. all i hear was her chewing on her gums, very unprofessional. I do like the place, it's nice and clean. smells great also.

Tanya did my spray tan the other day and I could not be more pleased with the results. She worked with me on being comfortable during the process and helped me to pick the right blend of color! Very happy with the results! Thank you!

Booked a massage with Samantha during an overnight stay in Folsom and she was amazing. My neck/shoulders feel soooo relaxed. My boyfriend had a deep tissue massage right after and also raved about it. The entire atmosphere of Tre is super zen and the place smells fantastic of essential oils. It's the perfect pace to zen out in the cute historic district.
