Absolutely amazing experience at the Folsom trek store. Travis helped me out and I couldn’t have been more happy with his knowledge, experience, and professionalism. He helped walk me through all the options and was patient with my decision. He completely went over every moving part and all the new engineering upgrades I was unaware of for the bike I purchased. He taught me what I needed to do to take care of charging everything, how the tubeless tires worked, explained all the garmin options, and the aero dynamics, and helped me for the bike. I purchased the Madone SLR gen 7. The bike is a rocket ship! Had the smoothest and most comfortable ride I’ve ever been on, and it handled superb! I am over the moon happy with this bike and would recommend trek Folsom to any cyclist at any level. I also felt that travis wanted what was best for me and never pressured me or pushed me into anything. He just wanted me to get a bike o was stoked on and to make sure I was happy.

Went to Trek Bicycle in Folsom to get my brother his birthday present and found their presentation and staff to be welcoming to us that aren't enthusiasts (yet). They ordered the gift and had it available promptly.
I would highly recommend the store for anyone looking for bicycles or gear for themselves or as a gift

I highly recommend Trek Folsom for anyone looking for a great bile shop for a tune up for your bike and any accessories.
They have a great team, do a great job on bike tune up (at a fair price) and have a wonderful selection of bikes and accessories.
I was looking for a new shop to work with and I am really happy with them and recommend you check them out.
You won't be disappointed.

Honest, friendly, and timely. Also, I purchased chain lube, then accidentally left it sitting on their counter. They called me to let me know. That was above and beyond and very much appreciated.

Zero customer service. We purchased two Allant + 9.9s bikes. Mine came with broken parts and missing screws. After multiple attempts to get parts replaced or repaired the only thing received after 7 visits, two paint chips. Never provided a part number of the broken items never received a call from a manager, even went to corporate with the same response nothing. After two years of searching I finally found the missing broken parts and purchased what should have been included on a warranty. We love the bikes but wouldn’t recommend the company to an enemy.Dan did call. On May 5th I visited his store. A real professional. I’m uncertain why it took so long but after the call and the visit. Dan warrantied a part that is a known failure.Again, we love the bikes I’m certain Dan will be there to take care of your needs.

Can't remember his name, maybe Ryan? Had no clue what he was talking about. I've been riding for years and had some simple questions about an upgrade to a full carbon road bike... Would have dropped $9k if he could have just referred me to someone. Instead he treated me like sh't because he rode MTB and I was inquiring about road. Never again will I do business with Trek Folsom, if even Trek at all.

Trek store in Folsom was a very good experience. They had a lot of nice bikes and accessories and the store was very organized and clean. I very much appreciated Daniel who was so kind and patient with us while shopping. He helped answer all of our questions, let my nephew test ride the bikes, was informative of what we were looking at, and helped us get the bike ready and loaded into our car. What a great employee, he exceeded our expectations and I am so thankful for his help. We'll be back!

Customer service is excellent. Really friendly staff that knows their stuff. They let me test out the bike before I bought it and then helped me install the accessories I picked out. They also offered one free tune up and a month’s worth of bike adjustments. I’m very happy with my Checkpoint purchase!
