(Updating prior review) Went back the next day and was helped by friendly employees. Service can be hit and miss, but not as bad as my previous experience.
Store not open during posted hours (12/15/24, at the height of holiday shipping, long line of frustrated customers standing outside). Nobody bothered coming to work apparently. When they are staffed, employees are mostly indifferent. If you’re doing self-serve scanning it’s fairly convenient. If you require any assistance beyond that, good luck.

This is the best UPS store in the Folsom area. Love the staff who are very sufficient and delivers great service. Wish the hours were longer but understanding that they too have a life away from this business. They are the Nicest staff in this business and always knowledgeable. Please have common sense when it comes to this type of business. Respect the staff because they care about us.

Very unfriendly rude ppl. I showed up at 6:32pm, with a pre labelled package just for drop off, i can all employees inside talking and all but for 2 mins delay they didn’t took my package, all they had to do is open the door so i can drop it in the drop box…
