Thank you for your response. I have shared my concerns with your manager several times and allI receive from her is excuses and nothing ever changes. The latest reason was " I am really busy on Monday and just forgot. ". Okay I will accept that but please explain to me why you couldn't send my mail out to me until Thursday. My mail is sent to meby your company what is supposed to be every Monday. It goes out on Monday about 10% of the time. On more occasions than I can count my mailhas been sent to addresses that have never been mine. I had a person call me and tell me they had my mail and they delivered it to me. On several occasions I have received mail that is not mine and the box number on that mail is not even close to my box number. I received a receipt on one of my last shipments that was from almost 30 days prior and I noticed that in that package there was mail that was postmarked about 30 days prior. Please tell mewhy you would generate a receipt I'd you were not shipping me anything. I just checked the tracking info for this receipt and it stated that the labelwas created on 06/14/23 but not shipped until 07/12/23. Don't you find that odd? I can only assume that your staff was too busy that month to send me my mail. I had contacted your office as there were several checks I never received. She told me that the USPS was not delivering the mail to your store. Sounds a little odd to me as it wasn't one or two pieces is mail but at least 10. I didn't want it to list all of the difficulties I have been experiencing on Yelp, however, I had no choice but to do so as you weren't willing to contact me personally.All I receive from your manager is excuses. Never an apology or any accountability and I never receive any improvement. Our box rental is over $500 a year plus we pay about $14 a week to have you forward us our company mail that is mostly checks. Do you have any suggestions for me that will make us feel like a valued customer and give us peace of mind that we will receive our mail in a timely manner Jeff?

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Had a return said customer packed it was CUSTOMER PACKED !!!!! She needs to get fired rude blonde girls she's always on her phone she needs to get fired definitely!!!! Which I could give it -0 stars

If you're trying to use their online printing service, I encourage you to take your business elsewhere. Received terrible customer service today from the employees. I went online to upload some documents for them to print out and for me to pick up the next day. The website allowed me to upload all the documents, and it charged me for it pre-pickup. Went to pick up the documents the next day, and was informed by the employee working the front counter that their "printer isn't working" and that they couldn't print any of the documents out. She said "only our manager can access anything to fix it" and she also said her manager wouldn't be back until "next week". What a convenient excuse. She also told me she wasn't sure how I can get a refund since they don't give refunds for this at their store, but that I can "probably go online or something". Um, what?!This whole experience was very frustrating. If your printing service isn't working, then your website shouldn't allow people to go online and upload their stuff and be charged for a service they can't even follow through with! Seriously, who does that? What makes this even more pathetic is that the website asked for my contact information, which included my email and phone number. Despite having my contact info, not a single employee took the initiative to reach out to me prior to pickup to inform me they couldn't complete this service. Too much effort probably. Therefore, I wasted a trip to the store. And the employee couldn't even give me a refund or tell me how I can even go about getting one. No help at all. Another employee came out and told me to email my documents to the store's email and he would print it out for me (which was weird because another employee told me the printer wasn't working...?). This would be like, 30 pages of documents. I started the process since I was already in the store, but of course it ended up taking an extremely long time as I had to email the store each document page by page on my phone. As I stood in the corner doing this, the line got EXTREMELY long, and the employee that told me to email my documents left, so only one person was working the front counter. This should have been a simple, easy hand off. I gave up and walked out. Horrible customer service from this place. They are very inconsiderate and wasted my time. Most of all, they are unreliable. Avoid this place at all costs!

Wow! They were open on a Sunday score! The guy behind the register was very helpful. Will return to this location in the future. Parking can be tough with others not paying attention. Be careful.
