Everything says they are open at 9am on Sundays. Im here at 1015 and the door is locked, the lights are off, and no one is inside. Even the sign on the door says open at 9am on Sundays. I get being closed on Sunday, but they should change the signage and open times online to reflect it accurately.

Went in quickly to return something to Amazon and to ship something to an Etsy seller who was going to create something from my dried funeral flowers for my dad. My brain wasn’t working well and the nice lady helped my boyfriend and I send everything off in less than 5 minutes I am so pleased!

Update: The owner of this UPS store personally called me after I posted reviews and filed a complaint with UPS. She was AWESOME. She was very helpful, empathetic, and went the extra mile to help locate my package. She filed a tracer and UPS found my package and got it eventually to its destination, given many days late. For that, I have updated my review to a 4. Committed owner, hopefully that commitment can permeate to the store’s managers and staff.
Original Post: This store has among the worst customer service I have ever seen, I do not recommend. A lot of these other reviews appear to be fake and paid for by the owner. There are many other stores in the area, all of which I’m certain would be better. I paid $100 for 2 day shipping, a week later the package still had not arrived. I called UPS customer service and they referred me to a UPS Store. I went in to a UPS Store (a closer store) and they referred me to the originating store (this location). This location told me that UPS Customer Service, the other UPS Store, and the internet lied, and they could not help because “they are just a franchise.” This was after waiting on hold for 15 minutes and getting bounced between three people all who were rude, had no accountability, and seemed to know nothing about tracking a package - a basic ask for UPS.

This was my first experience with this ups. I made an appointment on Wednesday for a Saturday appointment to have a time-sensitive document notarized. We arrived for our appointment just to be told the notary was out and the guy there was completely unaware of the appointment. We were frustrated and we definitely should received a phone call to reschedule the appointment, but figured it was just an oversight and tried to come the next day (Sunday) after being told the notary would be there. We called to confirm that morning and make an appointment but was told just to walk in. We get there in less than ten minutes and waited over an hour before finally leaving. Seriously, notarizing takes less than 5 minutes. I understand there was a person ahead of us (that clueless couple should’ve went to an attorney to have that many papers signed- that was absurd). However, someone could’ve told us a time estimate and not just ignored us. After about 30 minutes I asked if I could just make an appointment for later that day and they didn’t even want to do that nor offer about how much longer the couple notarizing their entire life was going to take. Big communication/customer service issue.

Very disappointed/frustrated with our recent experience with this store namely around the poor communication.
I’ve used the store for shipping multiple times and overall had a good experience and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Recently, we scheduled notary services ~3 days ahead of the planned day. After packing up our kids, we drove to the store specifically for our appointment to be told the notary was out (sick?). Unfortunate, and I understand things happen, however no one called to inform us that the appointment was canceled.
We called the next day to see if the notary services were available. We were told they were and so we asked if we needed to make an appointment but were told that it was a walk-in only service. (After the prior event, I’m not sure if this store never uses the scheduling system or just meant day of services are walk in only but the main UPS store offers a way to schedule services for this store.)
So we immediately drove to the store to try to get a few pages of a document notarized. In my experience, this usually takes less than 5 minutes. When we arrived there was another customer being helped - of course, understandable - so we waited. Ultimately, we waited almost an hour without any updates or time estimate before finally leaving.

The costumer service was exceptional. I felt welcomed and left satisfied with everything I needed this is my second time coming to this location and I’ve left with a smile every time.

I live closer to another UPS store but go out of my way to come to this location instead because the service is so much better here. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and I never have to wait long to be helped.

I wish all UPS stores were run as well & things were handled as expertly as this one! The staff here might be the best I have ever encountered. They treated me with kindness, helpfulness & respect right after I'd had such a nightmare experience at another location that I hesitated to even go to another UPS. If you need anything these people are the best. My package was handled with care & everything went smoothly. The location is clean & you can get all your answers. They are the best!

The rep promised my return package will be given to a USPS rep even though my package was not UPS which I thought it was. Apprehensively giving them the package, I took a picture of it on their counter as a proof I gave it to them as they could not give me a receipt for the reason it’s not UPS. 5 days later, I got a sigh of relief as the warehouse sent me a notification that they got my package and that the refund will be processed. I got that one too.
