I've gone to this bank several times and have always had a great experience! Everyone that has helped me here has been super kind, helpful, and patient with me with anything that I needed or any questions I had.

This bank is a MESS! Sent ID, checks, paperwork etc through the drive through chute and sat for close to twenty minutes. Second time this has happened! I finally gave up and drove around to the parking lot and walked in. Got up to the counter right away but still had to wait a long time for them to come back only to tell me they didn't have enough money to cash my check!! I waited close to thirty minutes to have them say they can't help me?!? Idiots,, soooo done with this bank

I can't say a bad word about this bank. Friendly people here and very helpful. I've been with U S Bank for four years now and they are really easy to deal with, very helpful, no messing around here, very professional yet friendly. My husband, making a deposit thru the atm one night left his card accidently they called us the next day to tell us they retrieved it and come in and get it. They are a bank but they are not "all about making money" they focus on customer service and assisting us. I have never witness any discrimination or lack of trust with any person at this bank. Safe, secure, serious and efficient is what I need in a bank and they got it all here.

Last Saturday I stopped by their atm to deposit a paycheck. I would definitely recommend this location and enjoy banking with them, I'm sure it's nice inside as well! I'll definitely be back!

The woman at the counter discriminated against me. She refused to allow me to get a cashiers check for a large sum of money because to her how can an African American woman possibly have a lot of money. Will not be back to this bank

Do not bank with these people. If you do, run! This is the only US Bank left in Folsom for a reason. I predict it will be gone soon. The Assistant Vice President, Bank Manager, Zarook Shihan is highly inefficient, and incompetent. Our account was never set up correctly. Obviously, they didnt know what they were doing and had to return several times over the years for mishandling. The final straw after responding several times and continuing to request information from us, they closed our account, mailing checks to us saying we didnt meet their deadline which hadn't even been reached yet. He had my wife's phone number and email, but wouldn't communicate with her while I was out of town, and out of phone service, after he agreed to. Meanwhile our auto drafts fail to clear. If I could give zero stars for a zero bank.

I've been with U.S. Bank for over 30 years here in Folsom now they've closed everything they don't have any help every time I come in here somebody's complaining I don't understand it I think maybe they're going out of business I have two business accounts and my personal you can't get anybody to help you don't open account here go where there's branches that can help you go where you can get help I wouldn't open account with US Bank I'm going to be closing our business accounts and personal and the picture on there webpage or all the people don't even work here anymore they let them all go when they close the branches bad business

THEIR DRIVE UP SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I have waited in that lane for up to 20 minutes just to make a straight deposit. I switched all of my accounts over here and this isn't much better than where I was before. So frustrating!!!!!

I went to the Loomis location and the lady in charge there (heavy set brunette) treated me like I did not belong there. She treated me like I had no money, said somebody would call me, and nobody ever called. I went to the Folsom location and it was night and day. Alex Song was awesome, treated me with respect, and he has now earned my business. Thanks Alex!

I joined recently opening a Gold Checking account. I apparently made a mistake. I was issued an ATM card that was temporary until my permanent one arrived. The account permanent though. Over the weekend I went slightly under my balance because the bank would allow me to deposit cash from the ATM. Checks I understand. I could withdraw but they don't accept cash? I tried two locations. It was a $20 issue give or take. Not to US Bank. It was a money grab, a ghetto move. They applied $72 in fees even though I was at the branch Monday to square it up. They treated me as a criminal almost. That is customer service at it's best. I'm a new customer, doesn't matter. Dey gotta get ders. Stay far away unless you hate your $.
