Big thank you to the Folsom post office team for their outstanding service! Despite a website glitch, they promptly resolved an address issue with my package. From proactive communication to personalized service at the counter, they exceeded all expectations. Thank you for your exceptional care and attention!

Great location and service. I had an international incoming package that the shipper forgot to include my unit number. The branch held my package for almost a month. When I realized the shipper made the error I called the location. A great customer service gentleman called Charles was on a mission to find my package. He called me a few hours later, telling me he found it! He could’ve easily told me the package was lost and went on with his day. Could not be happier. Thank you Charles.

Alex in customer service did an amazing job! We had a fragile and somewhat bulky item we needed to ship out that was time sensitive. He knew exactly how much postage we would need and even walked me over to the scale to weigh the item to double check. He also instructed us to use the non machinable stamp so our item wouldn’t get crushed. Thanks for saving the day Alex!!!

Last few times I have come here with packages, the employees are friendly, professional, and helpful. Not too busy when I have come either.

The Folsom is always busy. Their lawn in the front is always dead and dry. The staff inside has always been nice and friendly. Maybe Folsom needs two post offices?

Friendly staff, quick service (for a post office), overall great experience, plenty of parking and space.

They are a typical USPS office. Their CS is way better than Folsom DMV. Lines can be long but they usually move quickly. Agents are polite and helpful. Parking always available. Took one star off because of the sometimes very long lines.

If I could give this -100 stars, I would. I used the self service kiosk to send my tax forms in certified mail so I could have tracking. After applying the postage stickers, I dropped them in the wall drop for letter size and large flat. For the next week, I checked tracking and my tracking for my state tax form showed it was in transit. The tracking for my Fed which was a tax payment showed accepted by the kiosk and post office was awaiting the letter. I went in to ask about the movement of the letter that showed no progress. I was told it was probably on the way but had not been scanned. Eventually, my payment check showed being cleared in my account by the US Treasury, which meant my tax payment was delivered, but the tracking never was available. I then went down to the post office that I sent it through and explained that I should be credited for the $4. I spent on certified mail. I provided my receipt showing postage and certified mail tracking purchased along with screen print of the USPS tracking. The supervisor, said because their system showed no proof of the letter being sent, she could not authorize a refund. I told her the receipt and screen print showed proof. She said "that just shows you purchased something, it does not show you sent it in the mail". At that point I was pretty hot and asked why that receipt was not proof. She insisted that my receipt only showed the purchase but there was no scan. I showed her a screenprint of my check clearing, which meant that letter was sent. She insisted it was not enough proof for her to explain to her management why she gave a refund. At that point, I did not want to get even madder and say something I would regret, so I left. Piss poor supervisory discretion and piss poor service from the USPS; I will do everything possible to never have to rely on them anymore.Update: I attempted to contact the Postmaster of that Folsom Post Office and the person who answered said she was the Postmaster and the same person who spoke with me earlier. She insisted that I had to have proof that I dropped the letter into the wall slot for letters in their lobby. I asked how would anyone have proof that they dropped a letter in that slot? She said I don't know. I started to get upset and because my voice is deep and loud naturally, she simply said "I will not be yelled at" and hung up on me. I question whether she was really the Postmaster. USPS is not what it used to be and if she was in fact the Postmaster, she should NOT be in that position. I hope the USPS goes under.

I've been living in Folsom for a long time, never had any issued of delivery of packages until recently. The guy that dropped off the box did not take care of it as the others. I just threw the box (see attachment) as if it wasn't fragile or anything. It's ridiculous. He could have taken a few more steps and hide it behind the wall or put it down, but nope. Lazy in my opion.

Well we had a package that was supposed to be herr January 3 but it still hasnt showed up. We've tried many times today and yesterday during office hours and they wouldn't answer the phone, that is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any kind of business. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired or retrained in their job cuz obviously they have terrible service.Ps. Their always busy with a line the length of a mile out the door

This review is for the Folsom CA post office. Lois helped me today--very polite, kind and helpful. She was also very efficient. The Post Master General was also at his desk and was helpful and polite. This seems to be a well run post office.I just moved from Hollister CA and I appreciated doing business with this new, to me, Post Office.

The worst!!! The actual office is a nightmare and the postal workers that deliver the mail are awful. I wish that UPS wouldn’t pass off final delivery to the USPS for some packages. There is always a problem.
