Well, the first 2 hours looked hopeful, all 4 hipsters were friendly, personable, seemed capable. The next day my line still hadn’t transferred so another guy tried to transfer and said he did, but he didn’t and the manager didn’t help him when he was clearly having issues. So I left again without a transfer. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service and got it resolved. I was leaving xfinity to give Verizon my business, transfer my number, bought a new phone, and ended up spending 6 hours trying to make it happen.

Went to trade in my old phone because it got messed up. Had to pay it off to the tune of $799 to become eligible for upgrade/trade in. Got my new phone yesterday and was told that if I upgraded my plan, I would get a better price for my old phone (value yesterday was $223) so I upgraded and had to wait overnight for the upgraded plan to kick in and they told me to bring the trade back today. Came back in today to find out that my trade's value had dropped from $230 to $111. They had me upgrade my plan knowing full well that my trade in value would be cut in half and then some. This is the last phone I will ever own with Verizon. In fact, I'm taking up a bunch of side jobs just to be able to pay off the phone and the ETFs in a few months or less so I can leave Verizon for knowingly and intentionally ripping me off. I've seen car salesmen with more integrity than the staff at Verizon. Avoid these guys at all costs!

I was having a crazy hard time talking to Verizon customer service over the phone to get anything resolved. It took me over 8 days to get any cell phone use. I was super frustrated and went into the actual Verizon store and Doug the Manager saved the day! He was patient, professional and understanding of my situation. He stayed on the phone with customer service for me for almost an hour and took care of it. You are the best Doug... I really appreciate your help!

Tip: Use the online scheduling tool rather than just walk in. Much better experience. Lots of people waiting and I just walked in and got stuff done. Knowledgeable staff.

Came in Sept with my kiddo to get his phone fixed because of a glitch. The rep was nice and upsold us the internet. There was a promotion going in and he said it would be $50 a month and now our bill is over $310. I called customer service and they told me to go back into the store. I will be filing a FCC complaint. Stop ripping families off, the store says one thing and when you call is a different story.

Came in to add a line and upgrade to the new iPhone. We got our bill the next month and it showed that both lines had insurance added to them without our acknowledgment. Now we have to take time out of our day just to remove the insurance and get a credit back to our account. That was a very shady way to do business for just a little extra commission. Chandler was the sales rep who helped us and I would not recommend coming to this location.

DOUG, the supervisor, is seriously incompetent and racist. We came in last night asking for help with an issue that could have been resolved last night, but because of his prejudice and incompetence, we were turned away. I went in the next morning, and Doug insisted that he told me to do a three-way call with the corporate # to solve the issue. He did not. My friend did not hear him say that either. We would know. We've been working on this issue for a couple of days. When I said he didn't, he raised his voice at me. Then he denied raising his voice at me??? When he clearly just did. He was looking giving me dirty looks. My dad has been a customer with Verizon for almost 20 years and this is how he is treated.30 minutes in, he finally gives me an international # that could possibly help. He also finally suggested to get someone else on the account who was authorized who "MAY" be able to help, per his words, after finally asking for the phone number on the account, a day later(and they were able to resolve it in less than an hour). I was trying to become authorized, but my dad does not have service and could not receive verification texts in order to authorize me, and I told him that last night. If Doug wasn't racist he could have helped us last night. I told him what country my dad lived in last night and he started to act weird afterwards. He also did not welcome us yesterday or today and was extremely rude. He welcomed all of the other white people with a smile and a loud hello. He made a face of disgust when he talked on the phone with my dad, who has an accent.So Doug inconveniences us by a whole day because of his incompetence, wastes our time when the issue could have been resolved last night if he had tried a little harder to help us last night, and is completely rude and racist. I know what racism looks like, Doug. You can deny that too, but you showed your true colors today.

Horrible experience with this store. I placed an order online and I got an email saying my order was confirmed and I could pickup at their 24/7 Dropbox. I drive 30 minutes to go and get my item and open the locker and there is no item inside and the store is closed. So I chat with customer service for 30 minutes just to be told to go back to the store tomorrow. So I drive another 30 minutes the next day and explain the situation to the manager. He told me all those orders were canceled because of a price error. So why was I told it was ready for pickup and charged saying I picked up my item? All he said he could do was open an ticket and refund the money, not get the actual item. I understand if you cancel cause of the price error, but saying it’s available for pickup and make me drive twice to the store 30 minutes away is ridiculous. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 15 years, seriously considering leaving after this horrible interaction.

I had an outstanding experience with Lexie and Doug at this location. They went above and beyond to help resolve a billing issue that has been problematic. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service was exceptional.

Very happy with the service we received today at Verizon. Besides being super patient with our endless questions, while browsing the rack for a new phone case, Dennis the manager saw that I lost my chair to another customer so without asking he brought me another one. I really appreciate this due to my weak core, I can't stand long. Chris is a thorough salesman.

This would be a very different review if not for one customer service rep "Jake". When we arrived to have my son's phone checked to see why it was not charging. The first person who assisted us could not be more disinterested in helping us. He gave us the advice to contact our insurance and for a $99 deductible we can have the phone repaired. That's when Jake stepped in and saved the day! He went out of his way to assist us, checked the phone port and made suggestions on how we could get it service free of charge. His level of customer care went above and beyond. If we would have just been helped by Jake this would definitely be a five star review but we are taking a star off due to the employee who brushed us off in the beginning. Thanks Jake!

Service is the best around but their service is the worst ever! Had to deal with several different people whether it be in store or over the phone. Can't ever get the truth out of any of them. Skip the Verizon store in the Roseville Galleria at all costs. The manager, Tao and salesman Paul are complete idiots! They couldn't tell you the truth if it was even on a piece of paper in front of you. Those two are very deceitful.
