“New to the area and needed to immediately find a vet for my dog after he broke his dewclaw. I found this place on yelp and it was right down the street. They set me up for an appointment the very next day. Everyone here was extremely friendly and approachable. I have trust issues with vets because of previous misdiagnosis and extremely unnecessary and pushy services. That was not at all the case here. The veterinarian was very kind and reasonable. He noted previous conditions with my dog but also wasn't overly pushy and gloomy about his prognosis. And although his current injury could have warranted surgery, the vet immediately opted for a quick nail trim, treatment and bandage with medication. Sure, my dog wasn't happy while they were cleaning up his nail, but the recovery will be far easier on him and my wallet doesn't need to take a huge hit. This is the kind of honest and reasonable service that I have been hoping to find in a vet, but has felt impossible thus far. I'm so glad I found this place. To top it off, the price for all the care they provided was very affordable. And they wrapped up my dog's injury with an adorable turtle-print bandage. He looks so cute with his new cast. LOL :-)”

“I've been going to Blue Ravine for years as they specialize in bulldogs and do a great job at taking care of my pups. My visit today with Dr. Pita and the vet tech Emily was exemplary! Dr. Pita is the kindest veterinarian I have ever encountered and I've encountered many. She is amazing. Not only kind, but competent and clearly knows what she's doing. Emily is also extremely kind and caring. Their love for animals and their passion for their jobs is very apparent. I'm so grateful. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! “Today was my first time visiting this vet clinic and bringing in one of two of my dogs for a new patient exam. My experience was wonderful all around and more importantly, the environment felt comfortable. Upon arrival, the location is perfect, the clinic and office is comfortable, and meeting with the vet techs and the vet was so pleasant. The staff adored my little Johnny Depp (puppy), clipped his nails, and gave me a Rx for his anxiety. The sign hanging up in one of the exam rooms made me laugh, which was a plus. Checking out was smooth with the exception of being physically assaulted by one of their office cats (this particular one is moOdy) who came to me for attention, but then didn't want my attention after some petting, and decided to smack me several times--it was a fist fight at the counter between us. Haha! The cherry on top to welcoming me. I will be returning again soon with my second dog (Johnny Depp's mom) and hopefully, I won't get into any more wrestling matches with this cat. Despite his attitude, he made my day and sent me off in laughter. Thank you.”

“They care for your pet as if it were their own. They explain things so you can understand. My doggie had cancer and a large tumor under her arm. We did not know it, but thought she had a monster cyst, or something else. Our vet came out, explained the problem, and she did not have the knowledge or instruments to handle it. She took the time to call around and find a vet who could. I will always be greatful for the love and respect they showed me and my girl. I thank them so much!”
