I experienced very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from Karen. As a result, I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Unfortunately, there have been numerous ongoing issues with this location that make it difficult to continue as a customer.

A bit slow there and never have prescriptions ready even though they send a notice saying prescription is ready for pick-up. Wait time has typically been 20-35 minutes.

I tried calling several times to change a prescription and never once got a hold of an actual person before the call was dropped.

They don't look as lively as they do in the photo. Still they get the job done. Helpful in store and my prescriptions are usually there within the same day (don't rely on same hour)

This Walgreens Pharmacy has to rudest bunch of workers I have ever dealt with! I went in to get a workman’s comp prescription and they made me feel awful that I didn’t have all my ducks in a row! I’ve never dealt with workman’s comp I have no idea what I’m doing. It would have been nice to be guided instead of having 3 people yelling at me and telling me they’ll never fill my prescription there again because it was from Fairfield. I was getting yelled at by the pharmacist about “preauthorizations” which I have no idea what that is. I kept asking what that means and he continued yelling at me “I am repeating myself I said you need preauthorization”. Didn’t once answer my question. Felt absolutely attacked! My husband who had to get a finger amputated is sitting in the lobby crying because of how we’re being treated. This was an absolutely disgusting way to treat anybody. Shame on all of you! I went to Rite Aid pharmacy and they guided me and filled my prescriptions no problem! I will never ever go back to this pharmacy again!!! Beware!!

Something has happened with this pharmacy. It used to be great but the quality of service has declined significantly. Between that and the Walgreens system updating inconsistently, I may switch pharmacies if they don’t get it together soon.

This pharmacy has the most terrible staff, so rude and unprofessional. What a shame!

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. Was waiting after pressing the call button for 8 minutes, no one acknowledged me and the person who finally helped me was rude and short for no reason. Took nearly 15 minutes to get my prescription from the “drive thru”. They need to hire friendly helpful staff. Go elsewhere.

If I could give them a negative star I would. Idiots, that about sums it up. I went online to book an RSV vaccine shot today, took all my information and set up an appointment with a confirmation email and number back. Got there, No record of it. Spoke to the service man at the pharmacy, I told him I had Medicare and Supplemental with KP. He turned to the pharmacist, mumbled something then took all my personal info for 10 minutes. Then handed me back my ID and said they didn't accept my insurance. Couldn't have done that BEFORE taking my personal info. Then said its $320 for the shot. I don't think so. Not the first time I have dealt with stupidity at this location. Never again

First, let me say that I'm not a big fan of Walgreens due to a previous horrible experience getting my COVID booster (see other review). Too bad there are no negative stars because you don't even deserve the one that I gave you. So, when my wife said that she was having trouble finding some OTC allergy medicine and had gone to Walgreens for it, I understood. When she told me the story, I absolutley had to light you up again. My wife went to 4 different Walgreens to find a 70 count OTC bottle of alergy meds. Not for fun, but she looked on-line and these stores showed them in inventory. Walgreens....get your act together. Your online inventory is way off, a horrible way to treat your customers (while you still some). On her 4th trip, and exasperated, she was in this Folsom store and the "new gal" was trying to help her. She offered to call other Walgreens to see if they had these in stock so she didn't need to drive to more stores. Her supervisor told her, in front of my wife, that if she wanted to call for her, that she'd need to use her personal cell phone because they only had one phone line. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU WOULD BERATE AND EMBARASS YOUR NEW EMPLOYEE BECAUSE SHE WOULD DARE TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE??So, who is your one land line for if it isn't to help customers? Walgreeens- the reason you are in business is to provide a service for your customers. Without them, you disasppear. Note: your net profit margin in 2022 was just 3.3% and only 1.9% in 2021. Not much cushion that would allow you to piss off your customers. Does your owner, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., (WBA) shop there? I doubt it, or they would be mortified. Do they see the reviews of not just this store but the entire chain? If they do and they see nothing wrong, they are the captains of the Titanic.Do us customers a favor and move over for a store that like to serve customers.

Rude, from both clerks who were on at 3 pm Monday, March 6. My RX was already refused twice because I was prescribed paxlovid which I returned immediately when I was told they didn't fill my much needed RX because I was going to take paxlovid. They refused the unopened return and my RX. Iwas told to come back in5 days, I did I was told to come back in 4 more days, I did by this time I'm out of my RX and nearing a health crisis. I explained this to the clerks. Absolutely no response. Acted as if I said nothing. They informed me I had no RX. After much back and forth they found it. I watched them fill it. They said it would be ready at 4 I came back at 4 informed my insurance refused it. I had to pay$74.00for it. I paid. Went home, called my insurance they said submitted incorrectly, I've been taking this med for over 5 years. Insurance said call doctors office, closed, now after 5. Never never again, they have caused me to come close, very close to a major health crisis. And they were rude, appeared to have little to no medical knowledge and deliberately ignored me and made me return for an RX when it was ready-in front of me. terrible service and now they're refusing birth control. Never again!
