“I recently visited Sharif Jewelers in Folsom looking for a Montblanc pen. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Summer. Her customer service was exceptional! Summer was very friendly and personable. She made the shopping experience very enjoyable. She even offered me a cup of Turkish coffee and a Baklava. I have never tried Turkish coffee before, but I gave it a try. It is incredible!At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Summer was focused on helping me find the perfect pen to start my journey in pen collecting, not just making a sale. I had many questions and when she didn’t know the answer, she reached out to others to find the answer for me.Thanks to Summer's excellent customer service, I found the perfect Montblanc pen. I highly recommend Sharif Jewelers, and especially recommend seeking out Summer for assistance! Make sure you try the Turkish coffee too, it is incredible.”

It has taken many weeks to figure out exactly what I wanted. She was extremely patient and consistent. “DeVons is absolutely amazing! The moment we stepped in we were greeted with superior service. My Dad and I came to purchase watches and we met with Dave who did an excellent job giving us detailed information on each watch we were interested in. Dave made us feel like we were family. I have nothing but great things to say about the service we received by Dave and the sales agents.
Although we were there to purchase watches, Dave went out of his way to clean my wife’s wedding ring and also caught a loose diamond which we had no idea of.
My family and I will only be going to DeVons from here on out, they have customers for life.”

“Kenny G & Company is our go to Jewelers. My husband first visited another jeweler in town a few years ago when looking for a pair of earings for me for our anniversay. I nudged him to consider Kenny G and he was grateful I did because the selection, the quality of diamonds and the customer service he received was hands down top-notch. Mathew Moreno was patient and guided us while we redesigned our wedding bands. Mr. Gordon himself sat with me recently and was very patient with me while I went back and forth many times trying to make up my mind on a small little band. He is such a busy man and didn't have to, but he did. Mackenzie is a very helpful young lady and I can't wait to go back and work with her. The entire staff is friendly and patient with clients like me. Also, they have a wonderful jewelry appraisal service for insurance purposes and they clean your rings.”

“Quick, friendly, professional! They were unable to change the battery on one of the watches I brought in due to the rounded face, but Sam was very helpful in recommending other places in the area where they’d be able to work with the rounded face in store. They were able to change the battery on the other watch I brought in, and did it for no cost which was very nice of her. Overall, solid experience with friendly people!”
