This is my home branch and it's always been friendly and helpful! The branch is clean and accommodating. They've always assists me wherever I've requested changes. Except for their limited hours to accommodate people who work, this branch is outstanding! Stopped by for a transaction today, Saturday and they are closed. Disappointing. People who work to put money in your bank need more hours outside of m-f 9-5pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. When are the employed to do their banking? Help us help you.

Everyone's nice here except the older woman with the shoulder length brown hair and glasses. She gives me dirty looks every time I go in when I did nothing wrong. She also looks very judgemental. I honestly wonder if she is racist.

For sure my go to branch. Everyone is great the lead teller and Kevin as well as the small business banker are all phenomenal. Very thankful for such a great team of people and a great branch next to my home.

Went to this location to open an account. After sitting in the waiting area for 30 minutes and not one banker saying anything to me I left. This place has no professionalism

Wells Fargo is probably the grimiest bank in California? Tricking senior citizens in the opening accounts hitting you with a little $10 fee for nothing every time they get a chance. There's always a line there's never enough tellers. I could go on and on but nobody cares it's a one star operation at best. California is supposed to be such a green state Wells Fargo passes out for ounce plastic water bottles at the doors to yuppies lol

This is the newer, sleeker, and cleaner of the two Wells Fargo branch locations that are left in town (now that the Folsom Blvd and Blue Ravine location is gone). This location is usually less crowded than the East Bidwell location. I have personally never waited in line here. They have a couple of outdoor ATMs, and it's in a relatively safe area, in a grocery store parking lot with tons of cameras everywhere. There's plenty of parking, although I agree with what another reviewer said about the orientation of the parking spaces being awkward to maneuver in/out of. This is a really convenient location since it's so close to (the good) Raley's, the 99 Ranch Market, the dollar store, dozens of restaurants, parks, bike trails, and more. Never had any issues with customer service, and would prefer to come to this location whenever possible.

Oznakatarlie Madriz is AMAZING !! I've been into this branch a few times and she was the one to help me. She is always in a great mood and is always willing to help with a smile on her face. She also has the greatest personality!! I will continue going to this specific branch because of her hard work and dedication. It is clear she knows the ins and outs of her job and is very knowledgeable. Thank you !!!

Last year I got the notary for my health letter given by my doctor. This year they said they can't notarize the same document and asking doctor to come in person at this pandamic time is the worst. The document is same, but notarize it will change depends on a person on the day is not acceptable.

This is a well known banking institution with a small hometown feel. Tellers remember you by name, so professional and such a friendly young man! They really do care about the customers.
