Came in today (Pm shift) and the Gentleman wearing the Sikah was extremely rude. Told me he could not help me because he was done for the night but continued to just stand by the register and stare. I can tell this is a family owned business however the lack of Profesionalism is just horrible not too mention the fact that i bought moldy powdered donuts from them (the expiration date was fine still a couple of days left) however when i opened them they had green mold spots i went back and brought it to the young Gentlemans attention he said i could get a new one .Opened the new ones right in front of him they were moldy again! They still have the rest there on shelf ! Im not sure if this is a company problem or a business establishment issue however it should be addressed with seriousness before someone gets sick (myself included).

Extremely rude lady that works here at this location. Came to this 7eleven for some iced coffee went inside grabbed my cup poured ice and noticed they had no coffee. Asked the lady she said whatever is out there is all we have. So I threw my cup away and went to my car. As I'm pulling out this lady comes out and starts accusing me of filling 4 cups with coffee saying they have more in the back after she got done telling me she didn't have more. I said those other cups weren't mine they were already there. Then says ok there was 2 other customers I said um ok what does that have to do with me. She was seriously expecting me to go back inside and pay for cups that weren't even mine. Literally harassing in my car

I bought a bag of chips and opened them and they were just naked tortilla chips, I asked if I could get a refund or maybe a discount on another bag and nothing, the employee says they can do nothing and that they would have to talk to their manager but that they're not there, very much unreliable and bad customer service, the bag is defected and not what I wanted as they should've been full of chile as that's how they're advertised.

Came in at 4:45 am about 30 min ago and the store clerk was outside about to smoke cigarette and seem to get mad when I was walking in and ask me what I wanted before I could even get into store got an attitude cause I guess I ruined his smoke break I'm so sorry had to do his job same guy that locks the door in the middle of the night and won't open it poor customer service very disappointed

I have trouble sleeping sometimes so I like to go to 7 eleven around 2 or 3 sometimes 4 in the am to get a few things but the night clerk not sure his name always makes me wait to get in and sometimes I think his sleep in the back now the woman that sometimes works nights is always nice and very Professional but this guy is rude and always has the door locked late at night when on Google it says that 7 eleven is 24 hrs please fix this send this guy back to training lol also the lady in the morning is very rude and never let's me use my points I spend alot of money in there and she refuses to help me with 7rewards or deals or even putting money on my cash app card she needs to be fired very disappointing
