Wow.......I don't usually do reviews for 7/11 but this girl went above and beyond to give bad service.......I was the only customer in the store and looked like the cashier was washing her hands.......I thought maybe she didn't see me so I said HI........so she wonders over to the fountain drinks and tells me to give her 1 second and I said but it's been 1 second.........she reluctantly takes my money........all I wanted was gas........it's not my fault she hates her job or her life or both........then I go back into the store to take her picture because I like to name names when someone in such a simple position as a cashier at 7/11 can't do there job or is rude so she calls 911 because I took her picture and then she cuts off the pump after I paid $80 for gas and would not give me my change........the manager or other attendant did the right thing and gave me my change after she made a big scene for nothing........police never showed up after her 911 call because it's not illegal to take anyone's picture in public because there is no expectation of privacy in public

On Thanksgiving I went in a purchase a 12 pack of beer advertised at 16.99. I purchased other items as well and when I looked at my receipt, I noticed I was charged $18.99. I advised the clerk of the error and he promptly advised me that I was wrong. We walked over to the cooler and he looked at the tag and said "That's to bad, it's $18.99! You don't want it? No refunds!" ME- Uhhh..But the tag advertises $16.99.He then removes the tag and says NO!!! 18.99. LOL seriously!?That's ok I filed a complaint with weights and measures. Check your receipts.

I live down the street 2 min away and will never come back here again unless the employees guy and girl are both FIRED!!! they tried 3 times to steal my money luckily I saw what they were doing and had them give me back my change and they are always rude to me for some reason and I have the 7 eleven app on my phone so I go in as well to use some points or what deals are going on and even when I show them PROOF they tell me "oh no that's not us we are not 7 eleven, no sorry the price for those is this and not that on your phone, I don't have the key for the propane and a lot more so not I have enough and I will not be coming here until something is done about this!

!BEWARE.!.. There is a tall employee, that works nights at this location who has selective english and seemed to coincendentilly overcharge , on several occasions. Range from $1 to $6. Believe he preys on customers who are in a hurry and the late nite party crowd.

Yes so I JUST got off work and decided I really wanted a slurpee. So I headed to my nearest 7-11 which is this one . So when I entered I went straight to the slurpee station and I noticed that the drinks in the machine looked watery and weren't mixing so I love 3 flavors in my drink (cherry , blue raspberry , and coke -a cola) so I turned all the knobs to get the going so when I put it in my cup it's not all watery. YOUR EMPLOYEE QUADRHI AT 2:15 AM YELLED AT ME AS IF I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME TO GET OUT. Everyone does this when it comes to slurpees and I was super offended because I've been coming to this 7-11 for YEARS AND TO BE YELLED LIKE THAT WAS UNNECESSARY. Handle your employees or get new ones.

Was told cannot use own clean cup to get water on a 106degree day after buying something. Was told that tap water costs a dollar at this establishment
