Company sucks they updated me theu were 2 stops away on a home depot delivery then they never showed up. Update this company screwed me twice on 1order coming in 2 shipments. Held my pallet for 1 month.. biggest hassle ever. I own a transportation company so I can attest to how bad my service was

From my experience ABF is one of the best LTL carriers in the business. Service can vary terminal to terminal but overall they are a wonderful company. Many of the negative reviews here appear to be due to a lack of understanding about transit times. LTL transit times are estimates only for standard service. Misunderstandings about this are all too common. Especially if the load was through a 3rd party shipper or 3rd party logistics provider who failed to advise their customers/shippers/consignee's what to expect.

Rude customer service. Disgusting drivers. They threw a bottle of urine inside one of our open box pallets (I'm not a warehouse worker so I don't know the term). Of course they denied it, however we all know that truck drivers often have to resort to peeing in bottles. Silvana Cufré did not seem to care about the disgusting realization that our warehouse team experienced. The driver obviously threw the bottle inside of the box. She thinks that since most of their drivers are local, they may not have to use the restroom at inconvenient times. Again, this review is just a friendly reminder that they should be more courteous and avoid throwing their urine bottles into packages.

Several of these drivers like to come down the street and lay on the highway horn and think it’s funny….it’s all fun and games til they get hurt over it. The police and fire department will be responding

Very dishonest and lack of communication. Waited over 24 hrs for a live unload. I had to cancel my $5,200 load that was getting me home. Found another load which also had to be cancelled as they treated my live unload as a drop and hook. About 8 hrs passed before I even went to follow up. When I went in to inquire on the ETA there were 8 men that were rude hostile and did not listen at all. The supervisor did not deescalate the matter nor find a resolution he just made things worst. I don’t suggest doing any business with these people as a consumer, contractor, business, or owner operator. Put these people out of business. Do not move any freight for them. If i could give no stars or negative rating that is exactly what I would do. HORRIFIC/NIGHTMARE
