AC pro is usually a wonderful company to work with but this branch has Raine who is rude to all members of my staff and treats people horrible. His customer service is the worst I have seen. I am not sure how this company even keeps him employed.We like using this company but have started buying at other places due to the treatment from this one guy. Worst of the worst, I have never had such bad customer service from anyone.

Been dealing with Paul at the counter for 2 years now he is the best. He knows who I am whenever I call and takes care of all my orders with little to no mistakes, handles all warranties with no headaches for the customer etc. Paul is competent and knowledgeable and will make your experience at ac pro quick and easy.
