American tire Fontana serria lakes should not be trusted. I was told a tire pressure sensor failed and I would have to buy a new tire if I wanted the tire pressure sensor fixed went somewhere else who just reset my sensor and I was good to go. No trouble since. DON'T trust what they tell you at this American Tire store.

Rachel M was very professional and extremely helpful to decide the needs of my car's tires. She also informed me of the various services offered by America's Tire but in a way that was not pushy, just informative, I truly appreciated her service today.

I was told I was next in line (Leslie Joe), and even got a call from the female was at 1:57 pm, but waited a until 2:38 pm.
Jesus (hispanic, facial hair and with black eye glasses) said “it is what it is”, he is so disrespectful. Jesus should not me at the front line dealing with customers. Although I was next inline, I waited 43 minutes.

Exceptional customer service. They were life savers, as I was unfortuntely down for a 2 second court appearance I drove 8 hrs south for. They checked all of my tires and ended up, under warranty, replacing 2 of the 4. They put the spare back where it belonged under the car, and got me back on the road quickly. I had another 8 hr drive home, and i was delayed 2 hrs(no fault of their own). They had my car in an out in under an hour with 5 cars ahead of mine. Thanks so much!!!

The only place I go to get my tires replaced or repaired. Recently, I had new tires put on my car and just took my truck in for a nail repair.

It turned out to only be a malfunctioning gauge on the cars interior control panel. The guy's got us right in and checked it for free! We were lucky that there wasn't a way but they couldn't have been more pleasant.

Brought my ‘70 Chevelle SS in today for a set of new tires. They treated my car exceptionally well and were very careful with everything. Abigail was one of three who worked on my car (sorry but I didn’t get their names). She’s worked on my Silverado before so I knew she’d do a great job. Very professional and courteous! The other two gentlemen also did outstanding work. I’m really impressed with this store which is why I keep coming back. Thank you folks!

Needed alignment. Was checked in and out within 30min +/-. Representatives were courteous and provided more information regarding my vehicle's tires and sensors. I'll go back.
