The customer will always be right for customer service and as a salesperson you have to have the patience necessary to lead with customers like me... if I ask for my bill to be explained to me you have to explain it to me as many times as I ask if I am going to buy a phone !!! You have to explain to me if I ask for a quote you have to give me a quote and explain my payments, not just sign it!!! In second grade I made a pick-up phone and they didn't even ask me for an ID... if you go to this store, don't let the tall, thin man who speaks Spanish EDGAR serve you... with his name I will never return to this store

Go in with the intention of asking for help, like all people. Edgar attended to me, he is a tall and very thin man. He began to explain the charges on my bill, and I asked him if he could offer me something cheaper, to which he replied in a mocking tone. You pay 100 dollars and is it expensive? I told him that then I wanted to cancel because I couldn't pay it, he got angry and raised his voice at me saying that he wasn't going to help me with that and that he would call or go to another branch. Why NO! He came up to my face and said? What else do you want from me? That's all? If that's all, you can go. I told him I was going to talk to someone else to help me. And he told me, I'll explain it to you. What else do you want?? I am pregnant, I left shaking with anger with pain in my belly all because I didn't want to answer him or be rude.
