Good customer service truly goes a long way! My dads phone was stolen and Samantha E. went above and beyond to support him in getting a new phone. She ensured to share his options with him (insurance claim vs upgrade) and put his needs at the center of their exchange. She was able to help him reset his password and took the time to explain his warranty. I genuinely appreciate that she treated my dad like a human and not just another sale. We intend to continue using this location for our future upgrades and purchases! Thanks so much Samantha for your energy and dedication!

Went here with my friend Rudy and he got his new I phone 14 which freed him from his old I phone 7 ( which is my first I phone ??) the manager was super cool and friendly and yeah I wanna get my new I phone one day from her .

Samantha (Sam) E. is THE BEST Customer Service Agent EVER!!! She deserves recognition as Employee of the Decade! She is very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I was having trouble with my devices and graciously and patiently helped me out. THANK YOU, SAM! :)

Excellent service. Victor was very welcoming and friendly. We originally visited the store just to upgrade our phones. After he provided more information about the Internet offered, we were convinced to do the switch to AT&T Internet. Very thankful.

Came in today to check out deals on phones and to check why I was paying more on my bill. Eddie was awesome and answered all my questions and really helped me to get my new plan on track since I was on an old AT&T plan. Left with new phone and new watch and some great discount items. Definitely would recommend this store and ask for Eddie to help you. Great customer service

I regret coming to this location i came in to change one of my number to a different number and add it to my old phone device, was told by chris that it wasn't going to add an additional charge and to my surprise, ever since my bill is been over charge i when in person to take care of this matter personality 3 times and still is on going situation thats has not been solve till this day now im being over charge every month i keep getting the run around, im so frustrated with this issue i hate leaving bad reviews but i just had enough every month coming in to find out when is it going to get resolve paying for service costing me a lot money, they are nice people, they say oh if you add more line your phone bill will be cheaper i add it an extra line when from 178 to 196 to 304 to 255 what the hell im a very upset customer i need a higher person to contact me ... to solve this on going problem it all started with chris followed by david l, the assistant amee and another girl i didn't caught her name, i been coming in in person and every time I spend about an hour waiting at the end nothing get solve same b********** soon i will be taking my service somewhere else i had this company service for over 15 yrs.. i have never bern so disappointed with the service until now.. right bow im just so furious and upset scared that next bill will be high again and i have autopay directly coming out of my bank acc and i have other bill to pay, this is do ridiculous.. i wish i can leave 0 starts! Thats how mad i am.. i will keep coming until i get full credit back s*** with that money i could off bern done paying my phone that i owe about 300$ still..
