Service here is pretty bad. The floor is always empty of workers, but luckily, they have self check out and they usually have the parts I need.

Having battery issues, decide need a new one, and I head to auto zone. Thank god for Edgar ! Talk about Customer service. Switched Out batteries and ran into wiring issues. He stuck it out and got me on the road again!!!! David is running a smooth and honest crew. Will only shop from this location.

Went in to get battery checked and they told me it needed to be charged. I said yes to it being charged. Left for an hour and came back and unfortunately my battery wasn’t charged. Instead of having me wait another hour to charge my battery they just gave me a brand new one free of charge. Customer service was top notch. Manager was very sweet for doing that. I recommend coming here.

0 star if i could.,came in to sell my used batteries, feel not welcome at all, try to help me carry my batteries but i can feel david g. is force too. Took long to give me my giftcard because he doesn't know how to process but make u wait for it, finally parts manager help But also with attitude i told them i have to go work , how long more it will take, and i heard them talking, the girl parts manager says well she should have more time doing this, oh wow i heard it and i said well dont worry i will not come back here ever again, and david g, says well i was nice enough to help u carry it in, and i said u shouldn't have, i knew it, he didn't want to help me, he was force too. So i will not ever comeback to that store, to think they are managers that should know better to treat a customers. Just because im not buying anything that day, i don't deserve this treatment. I would have take my batteries back but it was heavy lol so i waited to get my $30 store credit, go somewhere else its not worth it there.

We were having issues with our car last night and went in to purchase a new battery. They were super helpful and even changed it out for us. Customer service was a 10/10!
