Jayden’s willingness to go above and beyond for the customer was a prime example of how excellent service can make all the difference. I called and wanted to see if a battery was in stock he confirmed and within minutes he jumped in and took care of replacing my old dead battery. His calm, patient demeanor instantly put me at ease during what could have been a highly stressful experience. I definitely will be going back to this store. Thank you for your help!

I came in today needing a new battery. Eli helped me out and was great. Very helpful, wonderful costumer service, even was patient enough to walk me through what he was doing and explaining his steps. Being a woman sometimes going into places like this you get nervous about being ignored or tricked. This location definitely didn’t feel that way. I saw another woman there and the associate who was helping her was also very kind and helpful. Definitely will come back when I need something for my car.

I've visited this location for years and the service continues to suck. Today I'm told by the managers and red shirts that I have to take my oil containers back after freshly being poured, instead of the store fulfilling its obligation to dispose of oil containers they receive from customers.

Not even worthy of one star. Manager - Gabriel refused to accept digital gift card stating only physical gift cards are accepted. For a manager to be incapable of some how remedying the situation is unacceptable. Dismissive, incompetent, lazy, and rude. Clearly this is an issue with all the other reviews. The “sorry for your bad experience” responses don’t cut it. Fire this fool- and the moron that gave him a position above janitorial services, because he’s ruined the AutoZone name. On top of that, you can’t use the digital gift card for in store pick up or same day delivery- only shipping. I have a car in shambles and a $100 gift card to use as toilet paper.

My 2020 CLA Mercedes have been notify me for a long time that the battery in the car was dying. Today the check engine light came on and I freaked out and went to the AutoZone and literally my car died in the parking lot. I fortunately had Travis, Carlos Brodie , and Angel help me as much as they could. also help with providing tools, and I was able to switch out my battery because my car is very very complex. Thank you guys so much for your help And I'll be giving you guys my business in the future.
