I live in Rancho Cucamonga and this was on my way home. I stopped and simply asked for a part and the parts manager was a jerk from the start. I have never had such a bad experience with AutoZone. I normally go to different ones in Fontana but this one was on my way home, and I never will return, I had a simple question about a part being in stock, and he gave me a huge attitude about it not being a stock and for me to call other stores. I'm not sure because he thinks that he is a manager that he can get away with this. Never again. Bad customer service Carlos.

Went to this auto zone because it's close to my house Needed to get a new battery for my car , after telling worker make ,model,year of car he quickly gave me a battery and I left. Turned out it was wrong size. So I thought it was going to be a hassle to return battery for the correct size. , I went back next day , told them they sold me wrong size battery, the guy at counter never asked any questions ( I had my receipt) he jumped into action found the correct size battery and offered to switch out batteries. I was impressed with his professionalism and pleasant attitude . I was in and out of there in 15 minutes

Bought a piece of equipment for the car. A Fix Assist and it didn't troubleshoot. I wanted to exchange it for another one. A better one that troubleshoots. The employee wouldn't exchange it for a better one. Of course I'd pay the difference. I just bought this 2 days ago.

I went in today to ask about some parts for my 2019 Toyota 86 TRD and Jennifer was the most helpful employee ever. She's probably one of the best AutoZone employees managers have ever interacted with give her a gold star ?

The store is under staff. Customer service is poor. I felt sorry for the female employee working. The other male employee has no urgency to help customers. I had to wait almost 45 minutes just to get my battery changed.

I've been here a few times. The place is clean, well organized, and well stocked, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Normally not too busy. I bought a full system cleaner additive here once and it was buy one get one free for only about $9.

Markus P. - Genuine Customer Service. I needed help adding refrigerant to my a/c and he was kind enough to install it for me. Above and beyond. I will mos def get my car needs from then.

Pablo had the best customer service!!!! I came in without a clue how to replace my window fuse or what kind to buy. He came outside and checked my fuse for me and everything. Turns out my fuses didn't need to be replaced. Thank you Pablo!!

I tried to call to see if they could maybe put in a light bulb in my headlights. They said they couldn’t to go to my mechanic. My room mate had hers done here. Well auto zone just lost my business. I always come to auto one but this one I won’t.
