I came in to AutoZone today to get three quartz of oil and a oil drain plug I was waiting in line I was kinda in a hurry but I know I have to be patient so I waited then I was called so I go to the register and I asked the guy I’m also gonna get a part a “oil drain plug” he said that I have to be at the register to get a part and he gave me a ride response it got me and I told him like why you ask me to come to this register then you could if ask me if I’m gonna get a part or not first . I would like to submit a complaint. To this manager .

Went there and the 2 gentlemen were so helpful kind! Went above and beyond. Definitely have not experienced this amazing customer service in a long time!! These 2 guys show that there are good workers out there!! Anthony & Aaron kudos to you!

Best auto zone ive ever been to, the staff is cool and kind, and they are helpful and knowledgeable. Oscar helped me with my tail light and he went above and beyond, management would be wise to keep him around!
