“so I have an electrical issue with my car. I brought my alternator to CP and was helped by Gerardo who had it checked right then and it was fine. I told him I thought my battery was shot because it was only showing 6 volts, he said my charger would not charge it but he has a charger that will and said bring it in and I will charge it for free. picked it up few hours later and it tested good. I would have gladly paid for the service. excellent customer relations.bad news is I still have a problem with my car but didn't spend money on something not needed.”
