I love this store I just moved from kansas city and here i found Nice things for my wardrobe I went there twice. But i would like to mention one of the employee(Graciela) gave me very good customer service, didn’t rushed me help me with everything i was looking for I spent almost 800 in 2 weeks there. I really like positive atmosphere everyone treated me respectfully including cashiers and hat guys lol. You guys are all awesome. Thank you will see you next week lol

The other day I went to the store with friends, and honestly we had an uncomfortable moment, probably isn't important for others or just you can say she's doing her job, but there are many ways to say the things, the manager maria is very rude with their employees as if she did it with contempt., in front of me and others customers, she yelled to her team, she's very RUDE with them and she looked us with a look of disdain after that. I really can’t believe how you guys let that type of people work with you. She is not professional person, like we say in Spanish: "Invitado a no volver" / invited not to come back.

What kinda of boot place has thousand of boots on the shelf and doesn’t have the matching size to the one that I tried on and love the fit of it, two size 12w right side boots on the shelf and not a matching boot in back what joke, yes she offered to check another store or to order them for me, but that beats the porpoise of me walking in the store, I could easily gone home after work and order them online, organize your stock better! boot barn

Suehaley is so amazing and patient. She helped me find everything I needed and let me say it was a lot of looking. Her willingness made my trip down from the Victorville area so worth it! Beautiful attitude and excellent customer service. Mind you I was there with my four children 6 and under who also are very healthy and extremely active. I wish the Chino Hills store gals would share her willingness and excellent customer service.

Just came in to this store that my daughter-in-law said was in this area because she had made a purchase here.I wanted some new boots.When we came in rather than say hi(My wife or daughter-in-law heard a person say, "Welcome, they greeted us with, "We're closing in so many minutes."So after a quick check for some boots that I would've purchased, but after inquiring about if there was any product warranty, in case stitching etc went bad, and received a poor explanation of what was covered, and basically being rushed out (someone also got on the intercom saying tell your customers we are closing: Intended for us? We were the only ones left?) So, we left.My daughter-in-law & wife were with me. My daughter-in-law was extremely upset.So, with unfortunately, not to friendly staff, poor communication, and committment to your products, we will not be back.You know, it seemed like your staff is not happy to work here...

Bad service horrible experience took my 100x hat for a reshape only to pick it up in worse shape brought it up to the associate’s attention only for the gentleman to tell me to come back when someone else was there now im stuck with an out of shape hat

Came at 7:55 and the lady would not let me in to buy Ariat insoles I needed them bad for work the next day now my back is going to be jacked up for the rest of the week thanks a lot never buying anything from here again they are super rude

I had an unfortunate experience at the Boot Barn store regarding their customer service. After spending considerable time browsing their shoe selection for approximately one hour, my companion and I identified a pair that captured our interest. Eager to try them on and make a purchase, we approached the store employees and kindly requested the other shoe to complete the pair. However, to our dismay, we discovered that another customer who entered the store after us had already obtained the other shoe. Despite our prior request, the employees informed us that due to the presence of a tag on the other customer's shoe, they would prioritize fulfilling their request.
