I took my car here 3 months ago for an alignment. It was easy to make an appointment and once I was there, they were quick and efficient. The customer service was great by the gentleman at the counter. Unfortunately, I got into an accident and hit a couple of coyotes at once a couple of weeks ago. I thought I'd better bring the car back in case the alignment was off. Brake Masters was so friendly and accommodating. Although, it was 3 months ago when I first came in, I spoke to Josue on the phone and he said they'd check the alignment for me and do any service for the car if necessary and to just come on in. That eased my mind and a couple of days later, I arrived. Josue and the other gentleman (who helped me previously at my first visit) welcomed me and made sure I was taken care of. They are very friendly and so helpful there at Brake Masters and have great customer service. Thanks to them my car is good again and back on the road!

This is the only place I take my car. I'm always untrusting at car repair shops because I'm a woman and sometimes they tend to take advantage when you don't know what you're dealing with. But I have the most trust and Brake Masters all the stuff is amazing.

The employees at Brake Masters in Fontana were courteous, professional, and experts at their craft. Jesus(the service manager) was extremely helpful in getting my vehicle serviced as soon as possible and repaired exceeded manufacturer standards. Alignments, Oil Changes, Brakes of course, AC Service and MORE!!! I have 8 of my vehicles that get serviced here on a monthly basis. Jesus and his team are dependable and I trust them to get the job done! They have gone above and beyond for me and my family, they truly are our one stop shop. I wish they sold tires so I don't have to go elsewhere!!! Lol
Definitely deserving of a solid 5 Star Review!!!

I was recommended this place from a friend. I took my car in today because my check engine light came on and my brakes have been squeaky. They were very helpful and clearly gave me their recommendations. The guy at the front desk named Jesus was friendly and helpful! I was in a bit of a time crunch and they got my car ready by the time I needed it. Will be coming back for future car needs

I’ve been coming here for years, and have never had a bad experience. The last time I came here Omar and the team went the extra mile and caught an issue with my vehicle that another dealer had caused and brought it to my attention at no addition cost.
Service hits different when they have the knowledge and experience to match!

The front desk guy was rude, did not offer any coupons, AAA discount or possible healthcare/military discounts. said my breaks were 60% good in the back and 80% good in the front. $70 just to get it looked at. was out in 40 min but the rude service makes me not want to go back

I was sent over by America's Tire to have Brake Masters repair a stripped bolt. The associates at Brake Masters were pleasant, helpful, and relatively quick. The location was clean and comfortable.
