Asked for a new two blue bins from inglica and replacement of 95 gallon green bin and black bin two a 65 gallon bins and removed of a 95 gallon green bin. 65 gallon green bin came on time blues and black did not and they did not tack the green bin. Blue bin breacks that day. New blue bins come 3 weeks after black bin comes 1mounth and 1 week after. Green bin did not get tack away as you can see but took the old one and gave new one.

We have received excellent service for over 40 years; however, the one time we called for something different, we got nothing. Our service is every Monday, and my hubby forgot to put the trash by the curb for the first time! When I noticed this, I called Burrtec and explained our mistake. She said no problem. We could choose one bin for pick up (I chose the black bin), and she said they'd be there anytime before 6pm. They never showed up. I thought perhaps I'd misunderstood, and she'd said by tomorrow at 6pm. Still not picked up, so I called again Wednesday. I was told the work order was marked as completed! I said our bin was still by the curb and full. Called again on Thursday and was told she'd look into it and ensure it was picked up. Trash bin still full. Called again on Friday and was told the W/O was marked completed as of Thursday evening at 6pm. I told her that I didn't know where they were going, but our trash bin was still full! The reply was that she'd submit another W/O. Nope, trash can still full! Yes, 4 phone calls with absolutely no results! Didn't even bother calling over the weekend since our pick up is Monday. So, bottom line is routine pick up is excellent, but don't ever forget because it won't get picked up!

They do not know how to do a inspection. I'm getting flagged because we had food waste paper goods in the proper bin yet we still got a notice for it? Nah, next time they go through my bins I'm calling the government. I'm not letting any "inspector" look through my trash regardless of this "law" they have in place.

This company falls short in all aspects . Scheduled to come every Tuesday , haven't been here for a month, when you proceed to call they do the whole run around and make excuses as to why their service is way below any kind of standards. Even when you are payed through all these services that didn't amount to anything , they still can't deliver. A little side note , it's interesting that the burrtech drivers can come into the facility and use the bathrooms but can't empty the trash that is on that route for the day . It's also a bummer being obligated to use them . Your slogan is a good one definetley hits . " we'll take care of it .....eventually."

I went to the office to talk and they added a new green can, because when the workers pass by the garbage, they grab the can and hit their garbage truck and while they leave my can with the neighbors, they let it go and falls, obviously the boat breaks but they do not report that they do part of their work wrong.So I went and told them that and someone from the office treated me the worst and the other women didn't say anything apart from a very strange girl flirting with my son and he is 18 years old!! These women are very poorly trained, they are not suitable for their position.

I have had my green food container not picked up for 3 weeks. I live in a condo and we need to keep our trash cans in the garage and after 3 weeks the smell is terrible and the little bugs that are flying inside the trash can is terrible. I don't understand why they can't pick those green containers when they pick up the blue and the black if this continues I will stop putting the food in the green containers.Services: Electronic waste removal & disposal

This company does not care about their customers. A trash truck hit my parked car in June. I got in contact with the Manger Scott Landis. He asked my dad to send him two quotes and the company would send a check for the damage. We sent him the quotes on June 23rd. We were informed the check was approved and it would take 2 weeks. It's now the end of September. Every time we call they either ignore us or give us the run around. Still claiming that it's approved. I will be going to the city of Upland and the Mayor to voice my concerns. It's shame that we let company's like this to go unchecked. Next review, I will be adding screen shots of text messages back in forth with Scott. Which will also be brought up to the city

These animals constantly litter the streets and don't clean up after themselves. That and it takes all day for the trash to get emptied out.

Very disappointing! I've been requesting to replace our blue recycle bin 4 times for the past 2 months since the cover is already broken. Until now still not replaced and some of the customer service staff are rude and they want to increase the service fee. Please do something! ??

they just increased the rates? Start demoting and docking pay for poor employee performance to cover that increase...Bad customer service. It's a shame there isn't another trash service to choose from. It took 3 weeks to give me my deposit back on a dumpster. Home depot did it the same day for a trailer rental. I think home depot needs to train burrtec employees. If there was competition these people would not have jobs..Service: Dumpster rental

I needed some bulky items picked up & Judy, the customer service rep who assisted me, was extremely helpful, courteous & knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in great detail. The quantity of items allowed, the dates available for pickup, the time & day I needed to place the items out in order to be serviced properly. I would also like to mention that because I took her advice & placed the items out the evening prior to pick up, I was pleasantly surprised to find the drivers had arrived nice & early the morning they were due to arrive. All in all I've had Burrtec for many years as my service company. The drivers are always on time & friendly & whenever I've had the pleasure of speaking with Judy she is a wealth of information. She is an asset to your company.
