Family run place, clean, and the people here actually try to work with me to offer me the most reasonable insurance prices in order to compete with some of the other places out there. Times are tough right now and money's tight so having these guys not be greedy and actually being devoted to help out the community, unlike our politicians, is exactly why I'm sticking with them.

State Farm agent William Vu was so amazing to me. I knew I needed insurance as soon as possible, besides my procrastination, called me multiple times during the week to make sure I got the help I needed with my car.

Doors had a sign show that went to lunch. Came back 2 hours later, and the sign was still on the door. I came back after a while. The door was locked, but a female was inside. I went out to my truck and called. She answered. Her name was Gloria. She told me she doesn't take walk-ins. And that they are not giving out car insurance to new customers. To my car and home insurance elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, I don’t recommend this company..they over charge.i find another insurance company way better than tis company!! i was paying 441 Now I am paying 192 ... for 2 cars .

We had Caren for almost 10 years, but a few years ago the office person, Gabby, knows nothing of exceptional customer service. I’d leave request for contact back and nada. Send/call a follow up request the following week as an upset customer and then I get a call back. This happened numerous times in the past 3 years. You know it’s bad when you wait till 6pm to call your agent so it goes to the Allstate Customer Service phoneline and I get the service there which is great! Yes, I looked to leave Allstate but the price and protection made it hard until someone said change agents...duh! Got my new agent and man I feel like a customer that matters again...how’s Carens office used to be.
