Literally always some BS with this bank . Either the drive thru atm isnt working or under maintenance AND the doors don't open to go inside the ATM like wtf is going on ?!?!?! Such a f***king inconvenience. It never fails it's always something w this location smh

card reeder at the door not working hasn't worked for a while can't enter the building. outside ATM is drive only and touch screen is not working.

Been going to this Chase for over a year and everyone is nice. I never have to wait longer than5-10 minutesI'm in and out quick, cute little bank. :)

Terrible service, ATMs never servethat are under maintenanceOn Sundays they close when they know that you work and the only days you have left are weekends and they want you not to go on Sundays, terrible service from Chase bank, I don't recommend

Their services never work here. They don't have any outdoor atm machines besides the drive up one which never works. Doesn't seem like ever maintain this site.

Horrible!!! Please fix your door security thing. I can’t get in the lobby to use the ATMS inside. I tried it with my card & my phone to get the door to open. It wouldn’t work. I had to use the drive thru ATM & I’m a disabled person in a wheelchair. I don’t drive a car.

This bank can't even handle a simple wire transfer! I sold my house, the escrow company released the funds but chase bank wouldn't release the funds why? That's a good question that they could not tell me why they weren't releasing my funds. Never again will I use this bank. I do not recommend this bank to anyone!

This bank needs to have better service and there was a teller just talking away about her life to a customer. She needs to talk less and get to work, people waiting in line need to go places. Do not recommend if your going on your lunch break because the tellers take their sweet time and not to mention chit chat more than work on taking care of their customers. Oh and they need to clean the key pads because they look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Taking my business to another bank.

very nice employees for once. appreciate everyone for being nice. the location is clean. would like to see the inside teller atms disappear and the pink slips could be a different color everyone is friendly here

Excellent customer service...YEAH RIGHT! Maybe they racial profiled me or discriminated me for my clothes. I went to the Chase at 101 Foothill Ave to open an account. The lady I spoke to informed me they were booked which I understand but I asked if I could take a cancelation spot since all of the bankers were just sitting at their desk unoccupied she said no go to another branch which I did. Before I did called 6 times customer service number just got left on hold then I came to this chase same result waited till the line was gone a banker just approached me to tell me they don't do walk ins so what do they do then?? If you just gonna let a $9,000 dollar cash deposit walk out the door while you are unoccupied because how I was dressed or look you should of walked outside and seen the brand new Cadillac which is paid in full. But I guess after the covid shots everyone forgot how to treat people. Customer service will never be what it was before where "the customer is always right" was the true meaning of customer service. Example you're absolutely right sir I had 2 cancelations and these bankers aren't busy come right this way... or company policy we don't do walk ins but seeing as we don't have customers in line I'm willing to help you with opening the right account for you. 2 stars because even tho the employees don't know the true meaning of customer service at least they talk nice

Excellent customer services when you visit the bank but they never answer the phones. As of lately the bank been over crowded so I dont like doing walk in visits. I've even made an appointment in the past but the bank cancel my appointment twice due to the high capacity. Its ridiculous... Chase need to hire more employees.
