Used their phone app to purchase fuel and fill my tank. The fuel price was one of the lowest prices that is what drew me in for fuel. Clean station with an island dedicated to high volume fuel island for faster fill up. Great place for Doesel.

I usually always come to this place and order simple stuff. Most of the time I have to go back because I'm either missing a meal or they charged me incorrectly. The staff is nice though, they just need better performance.

Avoid this McDonalds at all costs...go to another McDonalds, Jack in the Box across the street, Burger Town down the street, anywhere...this location is practically incapable of getting your order right...and when you ask them to fix your order, they are rude or just hand you things and act as if that's proper customer service...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Customer service is bad. They don't have many items available. To top it off management was firing and employee right next to where we were eating. The two managers were very rude to this employee and we heard the whole conversation. Lastly, hazard!!! There were multiple pallets piled up right at the dining area. Customers can get hurt. Horrible management.

I have never in my life met anyone who hates their job more than Rich. I was so patient and nice until I had to raise my voice and be stern. I worked for Starbucks for 9 years and literally have never treated anyone the way I was being treated as a paying customer. I had a coupon and he handled it wrong, then tried to say it was expired when I have well over 15,000 points. If you hate customer service or people why work here? I can only imagine how he treats people that aren't nice or patient. Or is that it? Maybe he only takes it out on people who he thinks won't clap back. I never want to see this man again unless it's in church lol!

Employees always have an attitude. I always come to this one because my nieces love happy meals and I live around the corner. For some reason even when being nice the employees always talk back and respond rudely. Management really has to train them better. They can see how low in stars they are yet don't do anything to improve their customer service.

Can't salt fries. Employee's lack common sense. Older white lady with freckles seems to be the only one who knows how to do her job correctly.

If I could give 0 stars I would the wait time in drive thru is insane!!!! Plus they didn't take car and the mobile system was down so I was stuck in the line for 10 minutes wtf!!! It's 3:30 am!!!! It should not take this long to get out only 1 car in front of me

Burnt and unfresh french fries indifferent borderline rude customer service, they also were initially unable to provide my receipt for my credit card paid order through the drive-thru for some unknown reason on any of their POS registers although supposedly having 3 managers on duty. Almost 30 minutes later they figured it out. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone tbh. Also but not accounted for rating given the Ice cream machine was down as expected they were out of McRibs, bummer all around really...Update also my double quarter pounder deluxe was missing a patty verified against my receipt they charged me for a double quarter pounder deluxe gave me a quarter pounder instead. I didn't realize until I got home If I could put zero stars I would. Everything that could go wrong with my McDonald's visit essentially went wrong. Worst location ever. I documented and took photos of everything I could. I Will NOT return to this location ever or McDonald's in general in awhile who knows, left a figurative and literal bad taste in my mouth didn't even eat the hamburger tbh trashed 3/4's of it wasn't fresh stale. Didn't even bother calling back location due to general feeling of employee/management incompetence in providing a receipt for my drive-thru purchase and overall bad food/service at this location.

Horrible everything is always out of service or out of order from the ice cream machine to the pies to the cookies nobody does her job apparently only when the store manager is around everything suddenly works it's like a magic castle that only works from mystery shop times

So I went to this location Today and ordered breakfast for my family I ordered 2 deluxe breakfast and the 2 sausage McMuffin with eggs combo so when I get the food I notice I'm only have one sandwich the young man at the window asked to see the receipt I gave him the receipt and he said we didn't charged you for the 2 sausage McMuffin meal I said ok can I order that meal then, he said not at this window, to me that's horrible customer service and to top it off they didn't even give me all the condiments and utensils for my food. Very disappointed
