The staff is so unhelpful and rude. I would not recommend going to this branch if you are looking for anything other than an ATM because the staff here does not want to help any customers.

Citi bank is one of the worst banks I've ever been to. What started out as a great experience turned into one of the most rude and disrespectful places I've ever had the means to do business with. They are literally holding my money hostage and will not give me a reason, I have an appointment with someone tomorrow: if I don't get the answers I need I'm willing to take it to court. I'm disgusted

Our account got hacked 4 months ago..Citibank wired 11,000 dlls to an unknown individual in Virginia. My husband 83 yrs old and myself retired living on SSI have been having a very tough time. Initially a fraud case was open, after a month and a half we were notified that the case had been closed, after a big ordeal and long waits we reopened the case... we're still waiting...! We really need our money... very very dissatisfied with the service that bank provided...

I opened a large saving account for new members. They offered a bonus for new members who open a saving account. After six months, they did not pay any bonus to my account. I got a run around from 4 different employees. Each one told me a different story. I was told the bonus would be deposited in my account after 90 days. I closed the account my account but did not Collect the bonus. The teller told me to leave the large saving account in the account so they could find out whats going on. Probably Citibank doesn't care about the very large account being closed.

Only two cashiers open while three other employees ( supervisors and guy at desk ) are just hanging out. There is too many bank options out there for Citibank not to invest in better management and more branches open. How about the supervisors work the windows to cut down the lines? How about they open more branches? Most are temporarily closed ( since a year ago???) . Every bank out there is open now and has been throughout covid. It's now almost April 2021!! I'm closing my account and going chase .

Every time I come to this bank to do a simple deposit I find my self waiting online for at least 30 minutes there is only 2 tellers and they are busy listening to people's lifetime stories or helping people who don't understand the paperwork received by mail instead of doing what tellers are supposed to do deposits and withdrawals they should have a desk or a specific teller to resolve other issues that have to do with paperwork, credit cards and mistakes done by bank or customers or at least if they can have one teller to just handle simple transactions again like deposits withdraws and check cashing I'm still waiting in line now there's only one teller attending to a lady who can't find her marriage certificate for whatever transaction well after a long wait my deposit took exactly one minute thanks citi bank for wasting 45 minutes of my time

My card got stuck in the ATM and the line was really long so I thought I was screwed, but an employee came out about 10 minutes later with tools to take the card out and saved the day.

I, personally, never used the teller service inside the bank. However, I have used the ATM, outside the bank, to withdraw, or deposit cash. There were no lines near the ATM, and the service with this machine was quick. Of course, there was only one ATM outside. Therefore, they could open a second ATM, if there would be more people living or visiting the area.

I went to Citibank today to deposit 1 check. To stand in a line wrapped around the corner for an hour and 10 minutes is unacceptable. When I was finally able to make it inside, there were only 2 tellers. Only 2! Why? We all know people are mostly coming the first 3 days of the month. Why can't you have more then 2 tellers on these 3 days? I would have more patience to wait an hour if all 9 teller windows were open, and it was that busy, but they never are. Why? I understand this is the new norm and waiting with only 4 people allowed inside at one time. But geesh... its 10am. Come on Citibank you have to do better!

Got invitation for opening the checking/savings and get up to $1500; called them in and ask if they are open. Yes they are open but opening checking/saving need appointment and the money to be deposited has to be in the form of check. I am busy I have cash on hand...this is a BANK how come they don't accept cash? Go to other bank... this is really a stupid bank who doesn't accepting cash apparently!!!

Bank inside totally empty and my partner couldn't get inside with me cause restrictions , I totally understand but then once I'm in the cashier I can't make my credict card Payment with cash !!! After 40 minutes line??? Never again
