My order came to 200 dollars and I didn't even get much, I went home Abe was devastated because they gave me the wrong drill that I asked for. I don't even know if I could take it back. I do have the receipt so I will try. I didn't even open it because I looked at it and knew it was the wrong one I should've checked I know, but I trusted in her husband or whoever that guy was to get it down and get the correct one now I have to drive 45 minutes and plead for a possible refund of my money or the drill. she did answer all my questions when I asked about the price but I don't know if she's spoke English very well or not but I don't know if the prices were rung up the way she said it was either way nice selection prices were a little problematic . I've been to numerous nail shops around Southern California and hopefully I don't have to come back to this one after I return my drill. It's just too much work and not worth it. Plus, the area is a little sketchy.

the twomexican ladys were so rude horrible customer service skill made my expirence horrible there so rude and wasnt even able tohelp me with product i was asking about girlies dnt get ripped off go on amazon or temu for better prices they tripple the pricez man

Great selection of items, always restocking and adding new brands.However, the hardest part about coming here is how many times employees decide to show up. They are never open when they say they are! And they don't announce that they won't be on site: opening time is 9 in the morning, I've been here many times and they don't open. Lights off, doors closed and no one is inside. Other times I have tried to come right after work at 5:16 and they are not open, they are supposed to close at 5:30.. it is very sad to know that I have to stop coming here and ordering online because then I know I don't have to be disappointed. I seriously love this nail supply. They have everything a nail fanatic can ask for. They are very reasonably prices and extremely informative. They have cleaned this place up and made it more accessible to all supplies. I highly recommend coming to her feed all of your addictive nail supply needs. This place does not have a sign. Looks more of a top secret type place. This area is not the best so who knows if the windows have been broke before. I feel like they are probably protecting the business. Could be made a little more inviting. Looks boarded up but once you walk in its heaven.

I was next door ordering pizza and happened to pass by , I had to take a double look, from the outside the windows were boarded up with wood planks . Not very inviting , I suggest to display some type of posters of nail art of some sort. A place for wholesale , retail professional & hobbyists nail artists in one roof . So many acrylic nails and it's supplies Nails accessories .

I'm surprised by ask the negative reviews. My experience here has always been great. The women at the counter answer my questions re prices and items needed. There is a language barrier but we work together and figure it out. They've always provided a receipt and have been nice to me. They aren't overly bubbly but they are attentive and kind. I'm sorry to see they aren't like that with all clients.

They definitely overcharged me theres no price tags at all I’m pretty sure they just type in whatever they want for the price at the register because the other day i went there & brought a lot of stuff & the same brand nail polishes i went again to go purchase but this time I only bought 3 items & I noticed the lady charged me 10$ for 1 nail polish & the other girl charged me 5$ for it last time I went in. It just didn’t add up & if you look on the website that nail polish is only 5$. Also they charged me like 24$ for 6 little jewels… very upset
