Terrible. Checked in a few minutes prior to my booster appointment. The woman who assisted with the check-in was rude. She told me to wait. I waited. I went back to her and she said to wait and someone would would help me. 30 minutes later someone comes and helps someone else who showed up after me. The person giving the vaccines then asked if I had checked in already. Terrible experience. I should have went somewhere else.

FACT: Five star people work here!This review is in regards to their photo printing services.Walking into this location, it may seem a little easy to think it deserves less than a five star rating. However, in my opinion it is the people, and not always the place that makes a place shine. In my experience, I had a GREAT experience stopping into this location for a small photo printing order. As small and as simple four 4x6 photo prints should be, what started off as simple quickly turned rocky... BUT then had a nice ending.Here's what happened: I ordered some prints online... The process was easy! The order was estimated to be completed and ready within the hour after it was placed. Approximately 1 hr and 15 mins later, the order was not yet ready. I was still anticipating a text or email about the order being completed and ready for pick up. Being close by, I stopped in to inquire in person about the status of the small order as it was obviously being delayed for some reason. Unfortunately, their photo printing services had to be halted due to the LARGE influx of prints and other photo orders being placed online that day. My order, although small and had been prepaid, did not make it entire through before their printers were halted. I was bummed but not bitter. I spoke to a gal named Roselyn and another individual who may have been a manager. I briefly explained that my prints were paid for and it was very important I got them sooner than later. I wasn't expecting much... worst case scenario I would get them the next morning... YET to my surprise they stated they would try and get my order printed. A third individual by the name of Joseph was also another who helped out. Miraculously, approximately 30 mins later they called me to inform me they got my prints completed and were ready for pick up. That made my day!Much thanks to all that day who helped me out that day. The three of you are AWESOME!A message to all who read this... Know that places being understaffed is the new pandemic. Be patient and kind to those that work to help and serve you.

I called to do a simple stock check prior to driving over for the associate to tell me she didn't have the item in stock, which was pasties for nipple coverage as I am unable to wear a bra I was in pretty serious need of them. She did not even put me on hold to check... and just said they were sold out. So I stayed optimistic and drove over anyways with hope and found them on isle 29. When checking out I told her and she said "oh so we did have them" no apologies or anything which was very disappointing. This associate was working 6/20 around 8pm. I just also don't appreciate her side talking to the other associate on the floor during our transaction as I found it to be rude but maybe it's cause I was already frustrated

Let me start off by saying this might not be a formal review. But damn had to pick up some medication today from this local CVS Pharmacy and we'll damn I didn't think I'd run into a super model. Very beautiful gorgeous professional very helpful smart girl I believe name was Nataly helped me out. Had a few questions regarding my insurance and pricing answered everything swiftly but man I got lost in them eyes. Most definitely I'll be back I need to get sick or hurt

There is no Consistency for how they handle picking up Rx. My mothers pain meds are ALWAYS held until I come in to pick up. I stood inline 20 min then was told they were on hold, I explained they ALWAYS are until I come to pick them up. The clerk REFUSED to help and sent me to drop off, its been 25 more min with only two people ahead of me and the SAME customer at the window who JUST told the Clerk He's been here for 2 hours! They have plenty of help back there, this is a sign of incompetence and poor management. I'm so frustrated! OK now another hour to wait!

I recognize that we are all trying to deal with our current situation however this does not justify bad customer service! I went in yesterday for a couple of items and was standing in line when the cashier started shouting to stand on the lines! The person in front of me just looked back and we were both confused since we both were standing on the designated lines. The cashier continued to shout then we explained that we both were standing on a line that's when she realized the lines were too close to one another. She followed by saying "Well that line is not suppose to be there" As this was going on an elderly man walked in asking for a heater. She told him "We do not have heaters. Do you see them there no right so we don't have a them" The man tried explaining to her that he had called and he seemed very confused. She cut him off and asked who he had spoked to? He said she did not know she then told him well theres none! Her tone of voice was so rude and almost seemed that she was bothered by him even trying to explain. I went to her and let her know I thought she was being very rude! She said well I need you to stand on the line! I then replied and said I was not even referring to us standing on lines I'm referring how you just treated him! To my luck she was the manager. Delilah R. We are all trying to deal with our situation and as the leader of that store your team will follow your lead. Your behavior was unacceptable and hope you realize it so you don't continue having such a bad demeanor towards your paying customers.

If I could give zero stars I would ! The pharmacy workers are sooooooo lazy and with the worst attitude ever. They don't ask how can I help you. They just ask where's your RX. They are completely short staff. All of them have a mean face. When they explain insurance or medication they only explain half a** excuse my language but I am so upset. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

We returned again to CVS yesterday after my mom was sent text messages and she called to confirm the text messages were there and were told to come after three p.m. The medications were still not ready in fact we had to deal with a pharmacy tech cashier. The identity crisis of the Filipino (changed her lids to appear more caucasian) pharmacy manager who was there made sure that my mother's order was messed up, it is something that she did to mess up the authorization. So do not go making the pharmacist mad or they can do some tricks to delay your medication. Anyway, they told my mother that the insurance put a hold on the Narcan and that she would only receive 7 tablets. Like I said the pharmacist manager was mad so she messed up my mother's medications out of spite. Back to the pharmacy tech cashier. When we were telling her our plight about how upsetting it is to visit the pharmacy four days in a row this girl laughed. I looked at her and asked her what was the specific comedic event that is causing her to laugh in the midst of my mothers' medication order being fouled up. She needed her insulin and lisinopril and again the were medicine errors. I wanted to snatch that young lady across the counter and hold her tightly by her uniform top. All of a sudden she wipes that grin off of her pale face and began to act with the appropriate amount of customer service. This is how I know that The identity crisis of the Filipino (changed her lids to appear more caucasian) pharmacy manager with too much botox in her system had something to do with the authorization error, is that they ended up giving my mom 28 tablets instead of 7, and she is the one who bought the medicine bottle on the floor. I am not saying that a woman can not handle the job of Pharmacy Manager, but the Male Pharmacist runs that pharmacy with beautiful control. He is on the phone giving consultations, filling the order2, putting together orders with confidence, he stays on the phone, but he is at the helm and one feels good knowing he is there. He is the competent one, the CVS pharmacy has made a vast mistake putting this woman in charge of their pharmacy. She makes to many mistakes and it is going to cost someone their lives and the store will be sued because of her negligence one day soon.

If I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars I would. My daughter has had the same prescription for a year and it's never ready when we try to refill it. The staff said "Well you are the only person that comes to this pharmacy that gets that type of medication." Well, I would think that it would easier to remember then right???! We go there every 30 damn days! It prevents her from having a brain aneurysm. Their staff is always rude. I'm sick of their s****
