I ordered a product they put it back before the third day then when I called the young lady was so rude to me and hung up on me. This is not the first time I received bad customer service from there other times I’ve gone in there on the weekends and they’re sitting there on their phone don’t help or anything Chatting away. Apparently there’s no managers on the weekends, so they take advantage of that they lost a customer for good. I will not be returning there even though this is closer to my home I prefer to go out of my way. And go to another one with better service and of course, when I called to get information for a manager or a district manager, no one knew anything they say call 800 number. Which is used for ordering but what made me more upset was the fact that the girl hung up on me didn’t wanna give me her name said some nonsense about she felt uncomfortable I wasn’t asking for her full name just her first name so I knew who the reference when I called to speak to the manager about this incident and since the item I want was on sale, I wasn’t able to pick it up. This is the first time this has happened as far as that not holding the item but it was already paid for. I don’t understand. The email was sent on the 13th and I wanted to pick it up on the 16th, which makes three days, it was put away on the 15th. The reason I’m writing all this is so that whoever reads this will know what happened and hopefully he gets a manager in there that will handle this out of all your stores. I’ve been to this one is probably the worst since the prior manager left , I never had issues like this and I believe that you should have some type of management there on the weekends in case something like this happens or phone number that we could call that obviously their staff cannot handle with professionalism . I hope higher management sees this and handles this issue

I always place orders for in store pickup and everything has gone well until my most recent order where I wanted to try a new hair product and was given the wrong one. I informed the store associate that I had just picked my order up a couple of minutes earlier and opened the product to see and feel the texture when I noticed it was the wrong one. She told me "for future reference we can't take back anything that's been used or open" with an attitude. I'm sorry but It's not my fault YOU didn't do your job correctly; mistakes happen and we're all human but the comment was unnecessary especially since I wasn't at fault.

I usually go to this location for the most. It bugs me that every time I go in the two girls are there are always sitting down on their phone. They don’t acknowledge no one that comes in. The new manager is rude and lazy, I didn’t even think she would be the manager. The one that was there a couple of years ago was always extremely helpful and nice too bad that this location has gone down in customer service. These employees should be more helpful and be train in customer service since they are dealing with licensed professionals. Whoever the DM is from this location please have a talk with this manager and phones shouldn’t be allowed for entertainment while working hours.

was here 8:30am on Tuesday and waited for another 30min and the store still not open yet. and the store hours like 8am to 6pm for the weekday. they should change the hours if they can't make it on time.
