This is a review of the kiosk ordering food. I was debating whether to use the kiosk or wait in line. I made the wrong choice today. The single cashier line was faster to pick up a hotdog and soda then ordering at the food kiosk. The cashier would give you your hotdog and soda right away. I had to wait 15 minutes to get a hotdog and soda. There was a few large order and it took longer. Something is not right here. Can someone help explain?

***This review is for the returns process only*** I came to this Costco in Fontana yesterday to return some Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. The return merchandise line was not very long. Usually, there are only 2 staff members handling returns. But today I saw more than 2 people which was nice... thank you for the attention and speed of service! The staff member (Andrea) who helped me was very pleasant and nice. She didn't ask me any questions on why I was returning the items which is another plus. She researched on when I bought the items and provided me a break down of regular priced with no discount versus regular priced with discount. They will only refund you what price you bought the items at and what discount was given at that time. For example, if there is a sale right now for $7.00 off, but you bought the item with $6.00 off. They will take off $6.00 and not $7.00 for the return which to me is very fair. Anyway, the return transaction was very smooth. The way I like it... and that's how it should be all the time. Thank you Andrea and Costco for making it easy! Happy Costco'ing!

A special thanks to Tire Dept. District Mgr, Brian, store Supervisor AJ and Tire Center Supervisor Chris for resolving the issues with the purchase of a set of tires. All sprung into action and did what I tried to do over a month period. The local store staff AJ and Chris went above and beyond to ensure my initial negative experience was resolved to my satisfaction by driving to OC in holiday traffic and locating tires so I could make my Christmas drive. Thank you to all , Costco corporate please take note and acknowledge the efforts put in by local team!

Made the mistake of waiting for Christmas Eve's Eve for some last minute stuff. They had three line (far left, far right and middle) that extended to the very back of the store. However, it took me 5 minutes to get to the front of the line! Cashiers/supervision worked quickly and efficiently through those lines, very well done. Walmart could never lol. Also, they had multiple registers open; they just made everyone line up to efficiently divert traffic from those lines

Always comes here for good deals. Food, clothings , shoes, health care, appliances, fruits, vegetables, plants and even car needs. Can't beat food kiosk deals on pizza, chicken bake, churros, sundaes , shakes and HOT DOGS. It can be crowded often times but we've tried coming here an hour or two before closing and it's less crowded most of the time.

I love and support our local Costco. But as flu season approaching and with recent cases of COVID-19, I started to see lots of Asians taking OTC on cases and left others none. As a loyal Costco member, I would like our local warehouse to limit the qty of OTC each can get. It really upset me to see those taking cases or empty the shelf so they can resale in China for a profit. We need to put a stop to that. When you were thinking how much profit you can make by shipping to China, please do consider that people in our local communities needs those OTC as much as other, especially kids.

Every time we go to this Costco location their cashiers are always giving my family and I s*** for two separate transactions! We are from the same household. I'm sick of them. What do you they expect us to pay for twos separate membership in the Same household! It's not the first occasion where this happens.

Come on folks...it's Costco, a bulk warehouse. The expectations should be low. This Costco for the most part carries what I want with a few exceptions. Meat department beats Stater Bros for quality and freshness. Love the produce as well with a few exceptions too. This Costco is my go to in the area. My ONLY complaint is that their seasonal items are WAY off. If you don't buy Christmas in October you lose out. Should not be that way.

Norma at self check out needs to be retrain and change her additude we were waiting for 10 mintues trying to get her to help us also 2 customers had there light on we approached her and told her that we been having our light on for while she stright out ignore us and continued scanning other people carts we had to get the attention of the manager because she was never going to help us and then proceeded to walk out to her break with the nastiest additude she need to be put in a diffrent department apparently its to much for her.
